I ordered curbside since they offered it in the app. They took forever to pick up but also just told me “oh yeah it’s ready” and hung up. So I’m thinking to wait in my car since I’m curbside. No one comes so I go in and it’s at the pickup counter. Mind you in early to pickup so I did not expect my bowl to be melted, watery, the the peanut butter had like 6 big scoops on top and no drizzle what so ever. Will not return here ever. The one on Holcombe does a much better job.

Went there today with my boyfriend to get some acai bowls and a smoothie, tried to order them and the worker goes "I don't know how to make them!" Then asks another Co-worker who said they are new and also doesn't know. I was baffled and just left. Terrible customer service. I don't know if they just don't train their employees or they were lazy but this was very unprofessional.

Warning! Do not come to this location! I got a smoothie from this location a few days ago and got very sick with upset stomach. I thought it could have been anything, but my girlfriend got a smoothie from here the next day and she too then got very sick with stomach issues. Still thinking this could be coincidence.. another friend of mine told me he got a smoothie from here today, now he is sick and having stomach pain! I've never had issues at other locations. I'm not sure what they're putting in the smoothies here but there is a very clear correlation. Save your self and your stomach, stay away from this spot.

I just left this place and as they were making my shake, there was a roach crawling in between the mixers. The male that was working there did not seem to care, did not want to make the situation better for me, I should’ve just asked for a refund. But to see a live roach crawling around the area that they’re making peoples shakes, somebody needs to monitor this place and definitely reprimand the man who was working who did not seem to care of my concerns. So unless you want roach mixed in your smoothie, I would not go to this place. Not to mention the smoothies are expensive. I paid over seven dollars for mine, AND TIPPED, and they did not care that there was a roach, crawling around the mixers. DISGUSTING

This place is disgusting! I just left this location and they had roaches crawling all over the walls under the menu. I told the clerk and she looked and was like "ok", like it wasn't a big issue! Apparently, it is a known issue since the previous review says the same thing. I'm going to report them to the health department.
