I redeemed the 12 oz berry hydration. It was made subpar. Mostly ice. I didn’t have time to ask anyone to remark it in the store as I was commuting to another destination. There were BIPOC workers that were nice but the person that made the smoothie seemed kind but afraid. I’m studying so I have my backpack but I’m not a scary person.

This location DEFINITELY lost a customer today! The way I was treated today as someone who works in the mall and frequents this location often was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I alwayssss place my orders mobile because I know it’s usually only one or two people working there. Went downstairs after the time on my email that it said it should be ready by and of course they were busy. Not a problem; I waited patiently to get up to the window to ask for my order. The older black lady with the glasses gives me a look, opens the freezer behind her & SLAMS it shut and rudely says “NOTHING IS DONE!”
Like excuse me? And yet I say nothing to her and wait just a few more minutes; giving her some grace. She decides to take care of my order but it’s missing an add on that I PAID EXTRA FOR. I tell her it’s missing, she starts YELLING “YOU WANT PB?” “YOU WANT PB?” And snatches the bowl from me and storms off like WHAT???? Absolutely INSANE!
I work in service I know it gets frustrating and overwhelming at times but to have something snatched from me and yelled at for wanting something I paid extra for is unacceptable!!!!! I waited 20 minutes for my order and was polite to her up until that moment.
Do better because treating paying customers like that is not okay!

This Smoothie King needs to do better! I went up to the register to place my order. The front employee was on her phone and seemed to be busy typing. She finally looked up and I placed my order. I ordered the Go Coconut bowl with added peanut butter. Once I received it, the quality of the bowl was terrible. I was in a rush and had to leave or I would’ve be asking for a refund. First, the coconut smoothie was extremely lacking and the blueberries looked very weird. When I finally got to my hotel room to inspect my bowl, it was not what I expected. For almost $15 I was hoping to get a good quality smoothie bowl. There was no manager to contact on the receipt. Very disappointed!

I've loved Smoothie King since I was a kid. I bought a cup today, and it still tastes just as great. What stands out the most is that this store is really clean, the service is excellent, and the overall experience is fantastic.
