Never disappoints! A bit pricey but always the best quality smoothies, and I prefer this over Jamba Juice or Tropical Garden. The store staff is very courteous and make the order perfect everytime!

I placed an order of a smoothie online through the app and it charged me from my bank account but the smoothie king didn’t receive that order because the app glitched… I ended up paying double price for one drink. I am very disappointed in your quality of app and customer service which I could not reach through call to get my money back. I will never ever buy anything from Smoothie King.

We tried a new smoothie king, thinking that the service would be better. First of all there was a child taking my order, not quite sure the ages of a child to work but I don’t think he was old enough through labor laws. I asked for my smoothie to be made thick she agreed but poured out some flavor, which intern took away the taste of the smoothie. After tasting the smoothie which tasted very bland, I returned and asked if she could remake it . She took the smoothie and dumped it back into the blender. And added flavor and gave it back, cross contamination at its finest. I will never return, I know the economy is going through but honey customer service should be more important than quantity. I hope your teaching your child more about customer service than making money

Smiled at me all the time told me about the smoothie king app took my order in less than two minutes helped me find my new favorite drink and snack all although this was my first time here and just learned about the smoothie King app she still gave me my free size up Friday and everything was spotless clean this is by far the best smoothie king I’ve ever been to my mom and dad was not their first time here and this smoothie king had been the best that my mom and dad has ever been to

I’ve been to many smoothie kings and this is by far the worst one I’ve been too. I made a complaint and she did remake the smoothie but it was as bad as the first one. Not sure what they put in there but the ingredients didn’t taste fresh and it was VERY watered down.
