I've been hitting up this spot for 3 years now, and the service is always awesome, and the people are super nice. Stella, seriously, she's the best server I've ever had – always makes me feel like I'm the only customer and even learned my name. Bummer, my office moved, so I won't be back, but thanks for everything, you totally made my mornings, keep up the amazing work.

I visited this location around 8 PM on 10/22, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon entering, neither of the two employees acknowledged me, even after I greeted them. When I approached the counter, I said hello to an employee named Hector, who looked at me and responded with, “What can I get for you?” His tone and demeanor came across as dismissive and unwelcoming.
Because of how uncomfortable the interaction felt, I decided not to place an order and began to leave. As I turned to exit, I noticed both employees laughing, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
I’m not expecting an over-the-top greeting, but a simple acknowledgment or polite interaction goes a long way. I’ve visited other Smoothie King locations and never encountered this level of rudeness before. I hope management can address this so future customers have a better experience.

I love this smoothie king location they just the best...food service atmosphere!!! And they give you for what you paying. I have to take extra time to get to this location but is worthy. I will recommend this one instead of different location hehe

I usually come here to get a daily smothie. My favorite is the banana high protein. However, today I decided to get something different and I ordered the king cake gladietor, but there answered that they can't make it. That option is on the menu but they dont have the option in their computers. They said I can try to order online and they can try to make it. So what's the difference?

After my problems at a different location, I was nervous to enter with my service dog to pick up my order. Staff was super friendly. No issues at all. My drink was made fast. I was annoyed because google brought me here, I asked for the closest one and this was definitely not! I am glad I just went with it and came here. Great staff tonight at 7pm.

I've tried calling for 3hours without a answer. Did a online order to be delivered to my job only .9 Miles away because the order never showed up and they they never answered the phone. I'm at work and can't leave til closing hours. I'm Very upset because this is a $40+ purchase for my coworker and I.

Came here with a large office order on 5/27. The staff was professional and got my order out quick. Wanted to leave a review because one of the staff was new, and the experienced employee was doing an excellent job guiding and teaching. All without wasting a second of time. Good job yall
