I constantly have issues at this location. They changed management or managers a while back 6months maybe and I have constantly had issues with my smoothie. The management here doesn't even know how to make the smoothies consistently and will argue with you and get an attitude with you if you ask to make it again. This used to be a consistent smoothie king it hasn't been that way in almost a year. Trash I have to have my smoothie remade all the time. And will keep having them remake it. Smoothie at almost 15 dollars or more in most cases. Make it over.

This location is my favorite. They always blend my smoothies perfectly. The girl Gisel has great welcoming personality and always greets me when visiting the store. Been coming to this location for over 10 years and will continue even now that I have moved out of the neighborhood.

I was really disappointed with the service at this location. I came in during the last 20 minutes of my lunch break and ordered just one small smoothie. I noticed several customers who ordered after me received their drinks before I did. I eventually had to get someone’s attention to ask about mine, and the employee had even forgotten what I ordered and the size, so I had to repeat it. By that point, I had already been waiting almost 15 minutes for one smoothie. As a first-time customer at this location, it was not a good experience compared to other locations I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it caused me to be 10 minutes late getting back to work.
I watched them make my smoothie and they definitely DID NOT put in all the enhancers and protein. They only put in half of what I paid for. I will never come here again. I spend 27$ on a smoothie and didn't even get what I paid for. Trash!!! It was a short hispanic looking girl with a ponytail and glasses
