I dnt know who is the owner of Smoothie Kings but the managers on duty are soooo unprofessional No one greats you when you walk in thy leave you standing thr and DNT ask if thy can help you or even acknowledge you and this Manager Maria 😠Rude just Rude not to me but the employee's How does Smoothie King get thr Managers off the street because tht is how thy talk to the employees in front of customers

This is typically my favorite location but this is the second time I’ve come there and the girl at the register had no idea how to add anything to my drink. On this particular visit She kept saying the register won’t let her add or change anything in the smoothie but I know it’s possible because I order additions to my smoothies all the time. Management might want to RETRAIN the staff because that was not a pleasant experience considering I left and went to a different location that was able to accommodate my choices.

Aleena and Andreina have always been nice to me since I moved to this area. They are very welcoming and friendly. But I came on Sunday (11/16/2025) Loice or something like that was very unprofessional and unfriendly and unpleasant. She asked something stupid and then got offended once I responded stupid. Then the coworker also tried to say I could go somewhere else since I was cussing. Never did I use a single cuss word even tho I could have 🤓. It’s the principle !
