This is my second time visiting this location, and once again, Tylesia's attitude is disappointing. She could benefit from some redirection in basic customer service, like simply saying "good morning." My first experience with her was unpleasant, and I decided to give it another chance, but she hasn't improved. During my visit, I had several questions, and instead of offering help, she seemed frustrated, huffing and puffing the entire time. As a Customer Relations Manager, her behavior is negatively impacting your franchise. If she's not willing to provide a professional and courteous experience, perhaps she should consider calling in rather than creating a negative atmosphere.
