Just ordered a goji crunch here. This would be my 2nd visit to this store. Their smoothies and bowls are all watery. I just spent another $10 and went to another smoothie king to get another one. This one is sub par in quality. Go to the one on ella

Splendid service. I really appreciate the few strong communicators left in the business game. Served with initiative. Still an expensively tasty shake. But there are times I thank God for consistency. And grace. Very well done.

I come here often and have never had my order messed up once! The drive-thru can get kinda wonky with the cars behind the building, but other than that, no problems.

Took them 3 mistakes, before getting My smoothie correct... In their defense, over Young Man was a trainee... On the 4th try, after Jeffery stepped in; the was perfect... The determination to make it correctly, is what's noteworthy...

Okay I've been to this location three times in the last week. First two were fine besides the wait time was ridiculous. But today. HA. Three people working. The guy making my smoothie had to redo it because his coworker told him he forgot ice or some of the ingredients since it was so short. He was clearly distracted cause he couldn't stop talking with his coworker about his girlfriend hitting him and leaving a mark. When I finally got my smoothie it was still very short and also not a smoothie. It was a thick juice. My first job at 17 was Jamba Juice. Easiest job I ever had. I wouldn't care what the kid was talking about if he knew how to make a damn smoothie. If I'm paying for a 10$ smoothie (small) at least make it right. For sure not coming back to this location.
They STOLE our drinks!!! We put in a 50 dollar order for our shop via the app. They never delivered the drinks. We tried calling them and the phone number doesn't work.SCREW THIS PLACE!

Got a coupon for a special at Smoothie King so headed to this location on a rainy Tuesday. It's located by in a row of restaurants along 19th street in the Heights and plenty of parking space. It's a pretty big store to be honest. There's ample seating area but only with tables and no chairs. Various products were on display and a big menu spread by the counter. The cashier I believe was on training when I got there as she wasn't fast with my transaction and needed help. I ordered their special, banana with cinnamon, and it was really good! Will definitely come back for to go orders.

Awesome vibe at this place- the gals I usually see working in the mornings are superstars. One seems like she is in a bad mood a lot but, hey, it’s easily because it’s early. I usually come on Fridays and Mondays.
