I have been here twice in the past month. The first time I went was around 5:55 and they have a special where you can get a free kids size smoothie with purchase of a full size before 6. At this location you order at the left register and pay at the right register. Well, when I went to pay it was maybe 6:01 and the discount for the free kids drink would not apply because of the time. There was a girl there who rudely stated that it was not valid since it was after 6. This was just baffling to me as we’d ordered before 6 pm and also it as someone who has worked in food and retail I just couldn’t believe she would say that. I had to tell her, hey, we placed the order before 6, it’s taken you guys this long to get payment. She went ahead and approved the discount but was So Rude about it.
Fast forward to today, I decide to give it another shot, swing by at 5:55 again, order 2 smoothies, no specials, no coupons, pretty simple. It took almost 20 minutes to get my smoothies. To be clear, they were not busy. There were only 2 other customers there the whole time I was there, and there were 3 workers. I was just beside myself with how long it was taking. The woman in front of me even asked for a refund. It was just so horribly inefficient. The workers were nice today, just unbelievably slow. And for the record, they took my payment at least 15 mins after I ordered so I was glad I wasn’t redeeming a special today.
I will not be back to this specific location.

I’m so glad to be on my side of town. I’ve been coming to this location for years, some hit or missed scenarios, if I’m being honest, but lately coming here for lunch on the weekends have been perfect 👌 specifically on the weekends when my little friends are here! Hector and Tierra are the best on Saturdays! I am ALWAYS glad when I see them. As soon as I come in they stop to cater to my needs. I’ve been traveling to the southwest side of town and left a bad review for the wilcrest location and decided to pay it forward by leaving an honest to god good review at my favorite location. Keep my friends employed because they give amazing service and my buddies smoothies are always perfect! He makes the best drinks and bowls! 🥤

Terrible service this morning. I walked in on two workers having a conversation. They just received a shipment with a truck parked in the lot around 9 a.m., making it even more difficult to find a space. The attitude of the brown skinned girl was not wanting to be bothered or unhappy to get an order. Then the smoothie was okay. As soon as i was handed my order, the two workers were complaining about leaving work for another worker coming in on the next shift. I really didn't want to hear their conversation, and it was unprofessional. On top of it, this location always seems dirty. The exterior and the interior. Building needs a paint touch-up, new banners, a power cleaning, maybe a few plants, etc. It looks stuck in the early 2000s. I'll make sure to visit the location on Westheimer instead. At least they pretend to want my business.

Came in, after the smoothie king down the street ruined my order. Called and they told me I left and couldn’t do anything about it, very pissed. Passed this smoothie King. Figured to explain to this location. Spoke with Tierra, she said she couldn’t do anything about it but after she agreed to make my drink right realizing my frustration . Believe me when I say this is what customer service is about. Bc of her understanding she not only made me a continuing customer but made me happy enough to share my experiences with my colleagues at texas medical center. We plan to order smoothies from here in the future! Thank you Tierra!

I want to this location yesterday and got a pb swizzle smoothie bowl and it was very watery and i took it back to get it re-made it they STILL made it watery I couldn’t even enjoy it and my bananas weren’t even chopped up they just threw the banana in there , definitely wouldn’t be coming back to this location
