This is my favorite place to come and get me my favorite smoothie which is a Hulk strawberry. I was impressed to know before I could say Joseph knew what I would like to order. He always greet me with a smile he’s a very nice young man

Did you all change the acai in the bowls? My second bowl in 2 weeks and the acai tastes like it has some oil added to it. It made me nauseous. Smoothie King on Richmond is normal.

There was a RUDE Hispanic guy fixing the drinks. An African American girl messed my drink up. I took a sip and it was horrible.I told him the drink was incorrect and he had the nastiest attitude. No sorry about that nothing. Please do better

I wish i could give this smoothie king location a 0 rating because i was at the hospital because my child was sick and had not been able to eat so we brought him asap to the hospital today June 10 ,2025 and i told my husband if he could just drop us off and go get my son a smoothie from smothie king since my son requested that because he was hungry and my husband was like they close at 10 let me hurry so he got there at 9:56 and he went inside tried to order the smoothie inside and was told that they couldnt take his order because it was closed and my husband is the type that dont complain but i do it says they close at 10 so why couldnt they make it for him and what made me more upset he said when he passed by driving off the employee were laughing and he said it felt like they were laughing at me and to me that is so rude and unprofessional of them i sent my husband to go to kroger and get my son a naked smoothie because thats what he really wanted this experience at this location was absolutely terrible and upsetting
