The manager was quite rude to a 40 y/o disabled army vet with his service animal. Disabilities come in all forms and for the manager David N. to refuse service based on his assumptions need to be handled accordingly. Waited almost 20 minutes LITERALLY dying inside his store waiting for his superiors to inform him of his wrong doing and then refused to apologize after. Houston has a few classes aimed for ignorant people to help understand vets and disabilities. CIT, The Harris Center, and the University of Houston are a few of them. I’ll suggest get educated before civil matters can occur. I will be making a formal complaint to the DOJ and EEOC of today’s discriminatory behavior
