I came to this location a week ago and my smoothie was not blended smoothly.. there were still chunks of fruit in it. I called the store to let them know and one of the employees told me when I came back at a later date that they would remake my smoothie free of charge. Today when I returned to the store with my receipt I ordered my smoothie and David, the manager told me that he would still have to charge me because his employees did not leave a note about the incident (which is no fault of mine). So I paid for my smoothie today but I will never return to this location and I will tell everyone I know about this unpleasant experience. The manager lacks empathy and problem solving skills. His tone was extremely rude and dismissive.

It’s very unfortunate that SK has an employee”Eddie” working for them. We ordered online and went to store on Hyw 6@529 to pickup, went to door but it was locked so when we knocked on door “Eddie” clearly appeared to be frustrated, upset, negative, bad attitude and yelled that it was closed and said drive through as he gave a very nasty look to us. We went through drive through and as we got to the window he had the same ugly demeanor, he opened the window and stared at us, didn’t say anything, not a hello, good evening, welcome to SK. He didn’t want to talk and I guess expect us to greet him so we said hi, we are here are here for an online order and he shuts the window, still not a word. We received our smoothies and I asked him for his name just before we left and he said, “Eddie”. I am a business owner and would hate to have an employee like Eddie, he’s really bad for business. I mean that experience left never wanting to go back and spend money there. Is that what the business owner wants? This is on 8/22/25 at 9:15 pm. The
