I drove 30 minutes to come here... it states they close at 10. We got here at 9:30!!!! I get people who arrived a few minutes before closing but 30 minutes before??? Will definitely not be coming back to this location

I couldn't pick up my order on time so yall couldn't remake it for me, instead i was offered a refund that wasn't even correct. I'm just not going to bother coming here any more. I choosed yall over startbucks what a mistake. I really can't believe yall rather refund my money than to remake my smoothie. Goodbye!

apparently 10 minutes before the correct lobby closing time is the new official closing time when the staff doesn’t like their job and wants to go home . not only that - they can’t run their sprinklers AFTER they close so people don’t get a free sprinkler bath to the interior of their car ?

This is really unheard of, I buy every day in this establishment, the people are very friendly, but I had a very bad experience with the general manager named David, yesterday I bought as usual, they gave me the wrong smoothie, the new ones also lacked ingredients fruit bowls that they sell, when I called to complain, they told me to go talk to the manager today, I went and that person treated me as a criminal or worse, as a liar, I brought my scanned receipt and said that the address was not visible there, everyone knows me there, what's more, they know what I buy, only yesterday afternoon I went almost at night, it was another staff... they really treated me very badly, I asked to speak with another person and they said that there is no other person, they know he turned around and left me standing there, I can't believe it, I spend about $30 every day... really outrageous it was... I hope someone from the corporation can see this, because I'm not going back to that place...

Excellently prepared by today's youth. But please don't call me sir. It's a thing. "How was I supposed to know??" You probably weren't. But my Peanut Power smoothie is very well blended. And she was quick about it! Her colleague could have helped a little.. Good on ya, Miranda! If that's your real name. ?

I have to be honest with my review here. I live near this area I love the people that work here they’re very pleasant and friendly. But it’s night and day literally when it comes to the smoothies. In the morning on my way to work it’s amazing how the smoothie taste. But if I get the same exact smoothie in the evening it’s way opposite, especially when I get either the hulk or the chocolate peanut PowerPlus it almost never comes out the right way in the evening. Taste like water nothing more. And usually get ice chunks by the way at night. So I’m only giving it three stars which should be equivalent to five stars for the morning service but one star for the evening service. Hopefully the evening service can be improved on.

Came to this location before closing to pick up an online order. Waited and arrived past the time the order said it would be ready. Saw a long line in drive thru so I was gonna go inside to just pick it up but the doors were locked. I waited a long time through the drive thru to get my order. Doors shouldn’t be locked before closing. I ordered ahead to avoid the line and still had to wait.
