it was honestly horrible i waited 5 minutes before my order was took and 10 for my food and as a person who works at a smoothie king that is horrible and when my order was took the manager was rude didn’t apologize for the wait and on top of that wasn’t informed about the deal honing on and didn’t scan my app and when i got my toast it had barely any spread or fruit on it. i honestly and very disappointed as a person who works at an extremely busy smoothie king this is so disappointing to see and for the manager to act like that is disgusting just imagine how the employees act

The people that work here are extremely unorganized and rude. I walked up to the window and place my order AND tipped. Stood there until my order was ready. When my order was ready, the worker asked me what did I have, I said I couldn’t remember as I was unfolding my receipt. I was the only person standing there and he was pulling my drink back out of my hand telling me “How am I supposed to know what you had it’s a lot of orders”. I tried to make a joke and laugh it off saying “It sounds like you guys need a better system” and he started arguing and before I could respond he closed the window. I’m always confused when service workers act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job but they always ask for tips. If you hate your job, QUIT.
