Every time I come to this smoothie king, the service is outrageously horrible. There was two employees today and one of them knew we were waiting to be attended and he walked off to the back. The other employee who was doing drive thru, attended us 15 minutes after the other one walked away. Wait time to get two smoothies was approximately 25 minutes or longer. When I worked at the smoothie king in Greenspoint, we always prioritized being fast, multitasking, and showing great customer service. We always had the blenders on making orders while we were also taking orders. This smoothie king needs to work on their priorities.

This smoothie king is the slowest I been too. No matter the day, it’s always like that and the employees sound like they don’t want to be here and pause to talk with each other even though there is a line.

Service was poor. I was waiting for over 30 minutes. Made two of my orders wrong. Said didn’t know how to do a refund. Was not sanitary, was touching food without using gloves. Restroom was dirty and smelled bad.
I waited a whole hour in drive thru for a small power meal . Never again

Poorly ran site. Closed drive through at 5:10pm, turning away people walking in, repeatedly asking people what their order was. Slow to even fulfill the order. Heavy use of the word “Nigger” from staff to each other. Dirty bathroom sinks and no paper towels to dry your hands.
