Staff are extremely rude at this location. Walked in and half the lights were off but store was open. We purchased two smoothies and the girl were AirPods and a black hoodie had an attitude. Not a “Hi, how are you?” or “what can I get for you?” She just stared at her phone and said nothing. She closed the restrooms and said they were not working because she did not want to have to clean them. I mean, how lazy can be? We used the restroom anyways because we had to go and as a paying customer, a food establishment is required to have working restrooms for their customers per the Houston Health Department. We will go to other smoothie kings beside this one that can at least not give paying customers an attitude when they walk in.

I’ve been coming here religiously every weekend for the past few months. Smoothies have hit every single time. It appears they have had some personnel changes or something but the past few weekends my smoothies/smoothie bowls have been awful. No longer smooth, sweet, and creamy. They have been very chalky and - tasting like medicine? A shame since this location is just a few minutes from work. Very disappointing.

My dad comes here often to get smoothies for my brother who has been sick for years. They charged him over and over after my dad who is 72 questioned why because it kept saying payment was confirmed. They told him it wasnt working until finally he paid cash. Then the bank statement said he was correct and 100$ had been spent on a single drink. The manager has yet to contact my dad and my dad has been in twice to ask. He has also spent countless hours on the phone with the bank to get his money back. To customer service and management - I get that mistakes happen, but nothing has been offered to help or just even apologize. Please do better for your neighborhood and community.

This was my 1st time visiting this location. Getting in and out of the parking lot is risky…an accident waiting to happen. I ordered on the Smoothie King app and waited the 12 minutes. When I went in and gave my name to retrieve my order, both employees asked each other, “ Did you make it?…Naw, did you make it?” So, the guy said, “It’ll be a few minutes.” That was a little aggravating, especially since no other customers were in there. What’s the use ordering in advance on the app? Anyway, I received my order, and it was DELICIOUS. Product is good, but this location needs to step it up with the customer service.

I’ve gone to this location in the evening several times and the service is always slow. There’s usually only one worker doing everything and you can tell he is not able to keep up with walk-ins and online orders on his own. Waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to order is bad customer service and there was only one couple im front of me. They ended up leaving without ordering anything. The manager needs to schedule at least two people to work during the shift. The positive thing is that the employee makes a very good smoothie.

Updated...The smoothies here are soooo good. However, today I cannot say the same. The fruit did not taste/smell fresh and the granola looked like they were giving me the last crumbs left in the bag/box.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Smoothie King was quite disappointing. I ordered a Strawberry-Pineapple smoothie. Upon finishing my drink, I discovered mold all inside of my styrofoam cup. I ordered the drink around 7AM & started finishing around 9 so it was not sitting out long for it to mold that fast. This is concerning and unacceptable, especially for a place known for promoting health and wellness. I hope the cleanliness and quality control measures are improved to ensure the safety of all customers.

I am not sure if it's a night prep issue or a manager who fails to properly order needed stock but this is the 4 occasion we have visited this location within the last two weeks they have been understaffed and understocked.It's Saturday morning the young lady seems completely overwhelmed. She stated there are no berries for any of the bowls and she's the only person in the store.Poor service

I absolutely hate this store they ALWAYS screw up order when on Uber eats or Door dash today my smoothie? taste like medicine instead of strawberry ? just ? nasty!!!!
