I'm come here a couple times a week and order using the app. My order is always ready when I arrive and everyone has always been friendly.

I would give this location 5 stars if we were only rating the manager who always has my order ready for pickup by name and whose smoothies are perfect but the staff seems so lazy to be blunt. I also notice that the quality of my smoothie when the staff makes it verses the manager changes significantly. It tastes like the consistency of an Icee, not a smoothie and I want my money back every time but don't realize it until I walk away. Otherwise, this is the best smoothie king I've been to as in she makes the best smoothie consistency and is prompt and knows my order by face. The staff NEVER acknowledges you or says, "Hi, I'll be right with you." It's just awkward and poor customer service when this is a great location for downtown workers. So 5 stars if the manager ran this place herself, 1 stars for the staff for service and quality product.

There were knats and flies all in thr work area. The cashier that worked today was rude. I also had a piece of plastic in my smoothie. I won't be going back there.

I ordered a bee berry sting smoothie bowl on my smoothie app, my pick up time was at 9:06am, I got there about 9:10am, I was not greeted at all so I just gave my name for my pick up order, Evi went to get my order, as she was coming back I put my hand out to receive my order and she put the bowl and the spoon beside my hand on the counter, she didn't say thank you or anything, I feel that was VERY rude and disrespectful to sit something on the counter when my hand was out to receive it.

Rude and unapologetic - this started like a normal routine. Service was flat, non attentive, seemed like they've careless after asking what they suggested for us. We aren't regular customers, that changed dramatically, the lady behind cashier threw an attitude because we don't know what ENERGY drink options are, plus their menus is confusing!!Does anyone really know on their first time what it's going on with the menu??? No ma'am.This place needs serious training. Both customer and product training. How they manage to get these many bad reviews and stay in business is beyond me. Wouldn't recommend this place any time soon or ever if their customer service is the same. They might just not have a choice, looks as though customer service is already known around here.

I've come to this location 3 times in the past 3 weeks and they are always missing something. I usually get there by 7:30am. The staff isn't friendly at all. I usually don't write reviews but it's gotten ridiculous. I joked with a colleague on the way to this location that I bet they won't have everything they need to make the keto smoothie as they are always "out of" some ingredient for most menu smoothies. I get there order the keto smoothie and to no one's surprise, she tells me "we don't have keto protein at the moment" another blank trip. I do not recommend this location.

I placed an order for DoorDash delivery. Got my order and one drink was 100% WRONG and smoothie king is over priced as it is so it’s extremely frustrating when they get things wrong that they can’t take the time to fix. ON TOP OF THAT I called to see if they could refund for me, but it went STRAIGHT to a voicemail ?. So unprofessional. They lost my respect as a customer. Jamba Juice it is ?

When I went there was just one person working. They were out when I arrived, and the gate was drawn shut so it looked closed. It would be really nice if there was a sign letting potential customers know that the staff had to step out but will be back soon. Service and smoothies were fantastic though

I was tired after a long day of work. My mistake was to come to a place that are run by teenagers. worst place to bring my money, never payed 10$ for a watery smoothie before. Heard employees screaming there was a mice in the back. Never coming back here!
