Today 11/29/2024 my husband waited for over 30 minutes for 2 bowls just so that they would half make the bowls, didn’t even make the cocoa pitayah right both bowls were awful. Will not be returning back to this location. Save your money and either go to the Croby or Wallisville location.

Hi! I’ve noticed several responses from the owner apologizing for issues raised in previous reviews, but I’m left wondering what steps are being taken to resolve these recurring problems. After my visit today, I checked the online reviews to see if others had experienced similar concerns, and to my surprise, I discovered that these issues have been persisting for several months.

My experience with the customer service was disappointing—there was virtually no service at all. Despite there being three employees present and no other customers in the store, I waited over 20 minutes for my order. When I finally received my two acai bowls, they were more like a thin juice rather than the expected smoothie consistency, and the taste was off.

I have visited other locations and have never encountered such issues, so this particular store stands out for all the wrong reasons. I strongly encourage the owner to take more proactive steps to address these recurring concerns, whether through better staff training, improving the hiring process, or re-evaluating operational procedures. If these issues are not addressed, it may be in the best interest of the business to consider closing the location or investing in significant improvements to restore customer satisfaction.

Nathan and Mia went above and beyond to make my experience the best, very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a refreshing, delicious smoothie. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the closest one to home but it sucks! They ALWAYS take forever!! Everytime I order the same smoothie it never tastes the same. They have been out of bowls. I always end up driving to one further that always has everything and makes it taste the same and takes like 5 mins to get. They really need to make some improvements.
