On a Sunday afternoon, I stopped by SweetCup to grab some gelato. Snap Kitchen is adjacent to the shopping center where SweetCup is located so I decided to check it out. I view Snap Kitchen as the perfect spot for a busy working professional who is trying to eat healthy. Here's the concept: Snap Kitchen has a wide selection of pre-packaged cooked, healthy meals. All you have to do is heat up the food, you can microwave their packaging, and dinner is served. Since these are healthy meals, the portion sizes aren't large and they don't come cheap. The lady working was friendly and helpful in offering to answer any questions I might have. When they have items that are going to expire soon, they discount them. I ended up going with one of their discounted items, the spaghetti bolognese, which is served with ground turkey meatballs. For a healthy meal, it was pretty good!If you're looking for quality ingredients and convenience, give Snap Kitchen a try! They also have a selection of healthy drinks that you can add to the mix. Added bonus: download their app for discounts and to order on your phone so your food is ready when you arrive.

Prepared foods, sourced locally & organic ingredients where possible. Very sweet staff! Cannot say enough about this location. Always new to-go bevs and snacks to try. Very knowledgeable team & cheerful dispositions. Clean, friendly, quick.

Great way to cut down on meal prep time while staying healthy! At about $10 a meal (for lunch/dinner), these are on the pricier side. However, the quality and convenience pay for themselves! Some faves are the bison quinoa and sloppy joe sweet potato meals. They macronutrients are broken down for you as well. Super easy to use their app/website to meal plan. Pick-up went smoothly as well.

I can only comment on the vegetarian meals. I think these meals are of good quality and worth the $7 or $8 they cost. The ingredients are obviously fresh and they are filling/appropriately portioned. Some people complain that Snap Kitchen is expensive but as a meal prepped myself healthy, filling, and tasty meals that work for healthy eating take a lot of time and effort to cook so these are appropriately priced. I could cook my own meal for cheaper, sure but to have someone else cook them is even better. I do wish maybe they cycled in some new meals. I've been buying meals for three weeks now and I know I'll soon tire of the same meals. I've only been buying meals here for 3 weeks so maybe they will. The cook times on the meals are no where near correct. I usually have to add an additional minute. The employees at the Montrose location are always friendly. My favourite vegetarian meals are the taco salad hash (my favourite. Super filling. Great sauce)ranchero breakfast scramble, kale hoppin John, and the roasted vegetables with cucumber tahini sauce. I wasn't crazy about the roasted vegetables and curry sauce. The curry sauce want flavourful and it wasn't filling so I stopped buying it. Love the labelling and love the app. Overall I'd recommend. I've been wanting to eat less meat and Snap Kitchen has helped me to easily make that transition.

I am impressed with all the variety they have. The staff is super kind and helpful. Vegan options are deliciously on point. Just tens across the board.

Lots to choose from. My salad was a bit old. I'll give it another chance.
