It’s 7:50pm and google reads it closes at 8pm. As I was walking up to the door a male employee locked the door as he looked me in my eyes. The female behind the counter also just stared at me blankly. I drove over an hour and traffic had an unexpected turn. 10 mins matters to the customers who love this place. Do better staff.

Wait was too long. I understand the business was understaffed and only one person working but they should hire more employees for their business. I have nothing against them but they should really hire more people. Only one employee doing all the work. Front and back all by herself. This business needs to step up. I didn't order anything because the wait was too long. I waited like 20 minutes to place my order but the employee was to busy doing all work and some customers were in front of me. 😔😮💨

To the young girls working in this place with the major attitudes, please know that its not a good look for the business , they have the music so loud to where you have to scream your order otherwise they can’t hear you and wanna frown their face up… Second time trying this place and I will not go back , just hand you your snow cone with the cup all nasty . SMH

The snowcones are good but the ice isn’t great like a New Orleans style snowball. Service also wasn’t great either. The lady at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with some of the unique flavors.
We also got a taco (this place has a LOT of food options) but it honestly tasted like a worse version of Taco Bell, which was coincidentally enough next door.
I have been here several times and on my last visit I had a pineapple and tigers blood snow ball with cream. It was juicy and the ice is always shaved finely which I really appreciate. The staff were very nice and so was the owner. Over all atmosphere was a solid 10/10. I absolutely love this black owned business and I will continue to support, and share how great they are.
