The Lightskin girl today was super rude . I tried to pay for an additional flavor that literally says on the board .35cent for extra syrup, she told me I couldn’t get an extra syrup . I let her kno I just paid for extra syrup last week she still said I couldn’t get an extra syrup . Like literally I’m paying for it . This my last time coming here. The owner wasn’t here today she’s nice

I love this place! The customer service is great and not to mention the different flavors in which they offer. My only complaint is that I have to use my card if I want to receive my points. I think they should have it setup to where you can enter your phone number in order to receive your points because people use multiple cards and or cash and not always the same card. Other than that, again I love this place and my niece especially after a long day of school and attending her evening activities. ???

Myself, my mother & daughter’s have been coming here for years and have ALWAYS felt welcomed & was greeted before ordering. Today, July 15, 2024 I came in and NONE of the workers greeted any of the customers! They are All young. They have no social skills nor do they have GOOD customer service! I had to say something to the cashier in order to let her know I’m ready to order (light skin, heavy set with blonde and black braids with a grey hoodie on). I had to ask her my total and I had to ask for my receipt! Like, is it not normal for customers to not want their receipts anymore!? Every time we come the owner is usually there so we always hold a conversation with her. As a consistent customer, PLEASE train the new staff! Tell them to DO BETTER!

BayBeeh, the atmosphere was a vibe for my first experience. I'm not sure if I walked past the owner outside, but I gave my super, " Heeeey," upon walk-in and received one back. Walking in was so fresh and so clean clean ya heard, meh. I was number 5 star in line, so I got to see how customers were treated before me, very polite, so I couldn't wait for my turn, ok. So here I go, still looking down at the menu right. The Sno Dreamz girls greet me, and I reply, "Heey BayBeeh, uum umm ok, let me try, umm, brown skin girl say, " This your first time huh?"' I'm like, ' Don't do that lil pretty ok. Handled me like a green dill pickle." We all laughed, and I got my Oldman, and I a large Blackcherry and Cottoncandy. And, BayBeeh yassssss to the heavens up above Sno Dreamz be bussin bussin ya heard meh. So if you're ever in the Greater 3 Ward, bring yo big backs to Sno Dreamz they will ease your cravings. You all be sweet, nah ya hear.
