It's my favorite place to go when I want to cool down. The shaved ice is always a perfect ratio of ice & syrup!! They have so many flavors to choose from, and you can also get it with cream, either condensed or regular. They have stuffed sno-cones that have ice cream in the middle of the sno-cone. The popcorn is also spot on. We got the white chocolate pretzel popcorn and I would recommend it.

Delicious snow cones with a vast selection of flavors; the texture of the shaved ice was amazing! They have a pretty good size variety of flavored popcorn; we settled on skittles flavor and it was yummy. The staff was extremely hard-working and polite. The best part about this place is they have a loyalty card! We will definitely be back soon!!

Has potential but it appeared to lack leadership. It was extremely busy when we went and had to wait in line for over 30 minutes! They have tons of flavors with cute catchy names listed on their menu board but no descriptions of what they taste like and asking was a pain because it was apparent the employee who made my order is new and does not have them memorized yet, the other employee never came out of the dishroom and so it put a lot on the only other employee working to answer each of my groups questions, while making snowcones for other customers.With each order they ask if you want it rounded or flat and since my husband wanted one but wasn't with us I ordered his flat with the assumption it would be level with the top of the cup or very close to it and have a lid on it, but instead when I received the order mine was missing the chocolate creme I had asked for and my husband's was several inches below the top of the cup and didn't have a lid on it. After pointing out mine was not made correctly, I was going to mention the 3/4 full cup that was intended for my husband, but right at that moment one of my kids made a small mess that I was attempting to clean up plus the lady behind us in line was obviously very annoyed and was complaining about how I had requested that my snowcone be corrected, and not wanting there to be any conflict I opted to just leave.After getting home (just a 3-4 minute drive) did I discover that there was not nearly enough syrup added to all but one of our snowcones. Sadly, it was a disappointing 1st day of summer treat.I would like to suggest that you should create a digital menu that can be accessed by scanning a QR code which includes the flavor descriptions and any other info like if that flavor has a sugar free version avaliable, or if the popcorn mix contains nuts, ect. Its file easy an you don't even technically need to have a website to do so... Just create it in a pdf upload it to your preferred cloud location making sure you save it as public or that it can be viewed by anyone/ offline and then depending on your browser and were you uploaded it either in the options when you right click or in the top tools bar it should give you option to create or save a QR code that is linked to that specific pdf file.

Always go to Mr. Gattis next door since I was a kid and never have I thought to go next door to this place. Saw a post on Facebook recently about SnoBall Hut and decided to try it out this past weekend, and I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious, the snow cones were great and the price was even better. I tried the popcorn while I was there and I left with a bag of cookies n cream! I will definitely be back to get more popcorn and another snow cone! :)

The snow cones are awesome, but the hidden gem is their popcorn. Every flavor is outstanding. Even the weird sounding ones. Our favorite is the Black Tie.

Drove 35 minutes to revisit this place. It's a nice shop and the popcorn has been good in the past. Sadly, they've changed their hours the full week before Christmas and it wasn't reflected online. 10am-3pm? How is that convenient for most customers? I can't return before Christmas. So, I've missed out on bringing some flavored popcorn to family for Christmas. Frustrating. I'll definitely have to look for alternative businesses in the future.

This is a local gem and I can't praise them enough. Ice is shaved perfectly, flavors and so diverse you can try some thing new everytime, and staff is beyond friendly. If you want shaved ice stop by and try I am 100% certain there is a flavor you will enjoy.
