We had one of the worst dining experiences ever at the Galleria location. Over 20 mins to get a table, which isnāt so much the issue⦠but then over an hour longer to get the food. Over an hour and 15 mins, actually. Much harder to enjoy the food when that happens. During that period, we were visited once to refill coffee/drinks. Food came out staggered. One of our party actually had to wait an additional 20 mins despite getting a simple āclassicā breakfast. (Apparently, they missed her order) The food was luke warm (at best) when it came out, obviously having sat awhile before being run out. In total, we were called to our table at 10:27, we ordered by about 10:35, and the last food came to the table at 11:52⦠unacceptable. The manager came by and apologized and offered to comp the latest meal at least. We wound up leaving and not eating. My partner was so distraught, she walked out before her food arrived in tears. (We were on a schedule and the extra hour of wait totally derailed our day, even though weād allowed for a good breakfast before we started moving today and had hoped to treat our helpers to a nice breakfast. Instead, we left hungry, upset, with cold food, (she ended up giving hers to a homeless guy who looked at her like she was crazy for giving him food instead of moneyā¦) and out $75 with tip (canāt blame the waitress much. She was obviously frustrated as well) because the manager didnāt wind up comping anything after all. (In a hurry to leave to take care of my upset partner and didnāt realize nothing was compedā¦) My partner has made it clear she never wants to go to ANY Snooze again, so we will never be back to this location or any of the others. Shame too as my daughter loves the food and had introduced me to the place and I was excited to share it with my partner.

I live in the ATL. I Have a friend that lives in Houston. I ordered breakfast as she is recovering from surgery. She said her omelet was missing cheese and artichokes. Nia and Allahandro made it right. Thanks guys.
