I usually come here for a quick breakfast but was a bit disappointed with the service for the first time. We felt that our server was just avoiding our table the whole time.Didn’t introduce himself, no water was given to us the whole meal (all other tables were served water), other staff served our drinks and meal. He only took our order and brought the check at the end.

I really loved the fact that the staff were able to represent their true selves. They all had a unique style. The food was AMAZING! The atmosphere was great until it started to get busy and then someone turned the radio up to "club" level. The music was great just entirely way too loud. The staff and customers had to shout at each other to be heard. It was worth fighting for a parking spot to eat here!

The food was excellent. Emmon gave excellent service. My only complaint was it was a little cold inside but I usually choose to sit outside wherever we eat at, so, that was my fault.

My experience here was horrible , our servers name was emmon and 0/10 would not recommend . I felt we were profiled soon as we walked in and they seated us in the back of the restaurant when it was plenty open tables in front . Everything took entirely too long , from the waters to the tea, to order, and to receive our food . The yt couple across from us came about 20 mins after us and still received their food before us . When we did get our food two of orders were incorrect , our server came to the table nonchalant about it saying only the eggs were messed up when it shouldn’t matter . After waiting long again for the fixed items we asked if they could just take the eggs off, our server made several smart remarks saying “ if y’all wanted free food then just say that “ he also told his coworker “ they act like they ain’t never been nowhere “ which is insane cus he would probably got his best tip from us . Never again

Oh my goodness...this place was great! Went to brunch with my girls and I absolutely loved our first time here. Our waitress was super friendly, knowledgeable when we had questions about the menu, and super kind the entire time. The food and drinks were delicious and came out in a timely manner. I will DEFINITELY be back. ?Dietary restrictions: They also have a great selection of healthier alternatives. This place is great! ??

Whoever is doing to go orders needs to find a new job because they clearly hate it here. I ordered the same thing on 4 different occasions and there was always something missing; syrup, coffee, soda, hot sauce, or even half the order smh. Employer needs to either retrain them or just fire and replace.

I went to Houston for the first time and I choose this place tohave breakfast! Simply amazing the drinks and the food! I highly recommend if you go to Houston go an visit them! We need you in Oklahoma!?
We love this chain of diners. Have been dining here more often as we pull away from the other two major chain breakfast diners. I love that Snooze will make any pancake on their menu Gluetn-free, it keeps me coming back. Their coffee is really good too! Parking fills up quick and you have to street park usually. Their wait times are fairly reasonable, and they move the waitlist into tables pretty quick, especially on the busier days like weekends. The music is always boppin and most all the staff are friendly!
Loved Snooze. Is just bad having to wait for a table...get there early ???
