I absolutely love Snooze! I’ve been to other locations before, but this was my first time at the Galleria spot—and let me tell you, I will definitely be back. Our waitress was absolutely top-of-the-line. She was so sweet, attentive, and made the whole experience truly special. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind coming back just to see her every time!

The customer service was incredible—she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of....

Visited Snooze Galleria in Houston for a weekday breakfast meal. I decided to stop and work for a bit while grabbing breakfast based on emails encouraging weekday visits. The restaurant is somewhat busy, clean and there is plenty of parking. Here is the drawback. The music is so loud that it’s impossible to work if you have to take calls. I asked about adjusting the volume and was told, they’d alert the manager. Second response was we’re know for our upbeat atmosphere.

Food was great. Atmosphere was ok, I think. I was sat next to the restroom door facing a back wall, so I really have no idea about the atmosphere. I didn't get a chance to even see what the restaurant looked like. Thankfully the door leading into the restrooms wasn't directly into it, so it wasn't direct access.
Our waitress was nice, quiet, but nice.
We were just in town visiting so probably won't be a repeat. It we do return, the patio looked...
