Why does it say open until 2am we are here outside but it’s closed. If you’re the owner can you fix your opening hours

I booked a section at this lounge on April 6th through a guy named Joe. I was told my deposit would go toward my bill the night of the event, but that never happened. I’ve been reaching out ever since and he keeps giving me excuses and pushing back the date, but I still haven’t gotten my money back.
The night of the event was also messy. There was confusion at the door. They were trying to charge my friends even though everything was already paid for. The flyer clearly said unlimited free guests, but that wasn’t honored because some people still paid.
The flyer also said we’d get a free bottle of Belair and free hookah with the section. Joe told me they don’t give out Belair anymore but would replace it with a different champagne but we never received that either. They also said they don’t do free hookah anymore, but Joe promised us a discount. We bought two hookahs and didn’t get any discount at all.
Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. Nothing that was promised was delivered, and I’m still waiting on my deposit months later. I wouldn’t book here again.

Was looking for a place to get a good food and drinks on a Saturday night and found sole lounge. It was a $20 cover charge per person to enter the bar and when we got in we sat at the bar because the rest of the bar was sectioned off. As far as atmosphere we got there around 11pm and there weren’t many people dancing but as the club bar started to get more crowded more people started to turn up. The bottle girl who was attending to us was very nice and made good drinks. I also had the lamb chop pasta which was really good. Would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for good vibes, drinks and food.

Security guy said $40 cover so I left yesterday. Why would I pay and it's not a event going on and you paying for drinks, hookah and food on top of that price

Came here with my husband for the first time before the 10pm crowd hit. Just wanted to get something to eat/drink and man this place exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks are 10/10. The hookah was even great. Definitely will be back! Service was great as well, but it was like only us there lol so can't speak on how it is when it's super busy.

Don't miss your blessing, The food was rolling, The food was so good i had to ask my waitress was the cooks BLK. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles with a Piece of Catfish. My BF ordered the Oxtails with Grits, Eggs, and Smothered Potatoes with a Henny and Cranberry. My Waitress I cant remember her name, she was very knowledgeable about the menu. She also made sure to let us know we would not be disappointed with the taste of the food. Girl you wasn't lying. She made sure to check on us periodically. We went on a Saturday about 3pm, not crowd at all. That was great cause we were striving like Marvin LOL.....Only thing i wish was that the chicken and waffles came with 4-5 full wings (Like Most Restaurants)Other than that i give this place a 10/10. We will definitely be back.

Me and my friends came up there Wednesday night. It was a smooth great experience. The vibes was 10/10 also amazing customer service with my waitress Poke, she definitely did her big one very attentive, always checking on us throughout the night made sure we had great experience..
