Nothing in this spot seems to do well & I'm wondering if it's because of whoever is running it. This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to, I see someone responding saying to speak with the manager on duty but what do we do when that person's customer service is just as bad as the employees???. I don't see this being here much longer unless they completely replace the staff with people that want to work. One thing I'm trying to figure out is how I ordered different items and all of them were commonly salty...drinks flat, fried things seem to have been fried in old grease...it's ridiculous. Then they don't want to give refunds.
Don't waste your time going here! Bad customer service and they will give you the wrong order. Rude service!!!

Ordered on the app and whenever I went inside all of the employees were joking and the general manager was wandering around, the kitchen looked gross and the employee behind the counter did not talk back to me when I asked about my order. For a nice neighborhood, you would think there would be a better fast food or restaurant. I ordered an ocean water and ended up getting a slushy. Not to mention every time I go here the food is so extremely salty. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This used to be a great place when it was McDonalds. After being talked to by a black male cashier/employee with the Shannon name tag & Big Silver Chain with some type Statement flashing on it today I will never order anything at this Sonic location. The behavior and attitude were unacceptable. The black male employee was upset because I was asking if it made more sense to order the combo or buy the drink separate with there $5.99 deal. He stated I was taking too much of his time and he had people in his ear. He asked me to step aside so he could help the customer behind me which had already placed his order before me with the female employee that was helping me before he stepped in. I know people that need work & are willing to work yet this man believes he is bigger than life and more important than helping customers. To the owners of this Sonic, please look for better staff before this man runs your Sonic operation into bankruptcy.

I ordered a mini and small blast, was charged for a small and medium. Got 2 minis, the manager said he didn't have the authority to correct the bill, even though I paid cash! Service was extremely slow, not polite. First time and last time at that location!

Honestly wish I could rate 0 stars. Absolutely trash. Cold food, rude customer service, donāt even bother trying to use the app to order, youāll have to go in to pick up your food anyway.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The staff was rude especially the āgeneral managerā Burke (shown below). I was told I couldnāt order another pretzel at the window then the milk shake was loose so I asked for a refund and was told by Burke that āhe wasnāt doing thatā. He took my order back and gave me no refund. Horrible experience. I can see why it has 2 stars. Go to another location!

I waited for over 3 mins for someone to take my order. Long story short, I asked for a refund and the general manager Burt told me no but took my food and didnāt give me a refund. The customer service sucked. Never again will I go to his sonic

I see a lot of folks with the same comments on this place, I don't see how they stay in business. We went there today around noon, we were meet with rude behavior and refused service!
