General Manager was taking my order and was absolutely rude and disrespectful to my family ordering - ignored us and rolled his eyes at us several times and forced another server to take our order and she was very sweet but that general manager is absolutely not manager material and should be taken to some attitude lessons and anger management. Do Better.

Ordered a kids jr. burger plain and dry with tater tot's and a cherry limeade. The burger had cheese on it which I requested it not to have. They also gave me french fries instead of tater tot's and the cherry limeade tasted watered down. Was not satisfied with food and took a long time to get it. Better off going to other Sonic locations this one is not it and I have had multiple experiences like this at this location.

Would give a 0, but that's not an option. It's a hit or miss but mostly a miss! Super slow, food is never good. Surrounding locations are better. Avoid this location as Service is trash and so is the food!

I go there often and there is always something wrong with my order but I keep going back because it is convenient. But today takes the cake. I won’t be back. Ordered my burger with no tomatoes and of course there were tomatoes in it. No big deal. Burger was cold. I can warm it up and live with that. But when I opened my burger it looks like someone took a couple bites out of the patty and then slapped it on the bun. Unacceptable and disgusting.

When we work in Summerwood we try to eat here a few times! Hot and fresh food, always...but they have some of the sweetest employees...that is what I enjoy the most!Parking: Side and front parking availableKid-friendliness: It is connected to a gas station lol so candy for dessert! There is a duck pond (ducks of all sizes to watch) with a walking trail and picnic area close by.Wheelchair accessibility: User friendly door, bathroom and dining area.

This is the worst fast food location in the existence of time. Took 20 minutes to get Lg tater tots and two corn dog and had no cars in front of me. Almost ate my hand waiting. Incredible how this place is still open.

Today I order a garlic butter bacon burger with some pickle fries and got home to discover that I was charged for a dollar extra cheese, but had American cheese instead. I went back to have them correct it and this time there was no buttery buns and it didn't have any jalapenos. So I turned back around again and politely laid it on the counter next to the receipt and told the manager she could inspect it and see the issue.She looks up at me like I'm crazy, so I confirm to her that I am indeed a disabled Marine and I'm fine with being crazy, but that does not negate the lack of jalapenos or that instead of coming to that conclusion, she looks up at me for more clues. So there were at least 3 employees now that could look at my burger and and not realize that it didn't match the receipt. Eyeballs looks like she's the manager, so maybe kick her and put the register chick in charge cause she seems to have a better grasp on customer service at least.Edit: management has resolved the issue in a satisfactory manner.
