Waited at the stall for 15 mins only to have to drive to drive thru. Made it into drive thru had to wait another 20 minutes just to place an order. (It was only 3 cars in the line who already placed their orders)Now waiting another 20 minutes for 2 drinks when it’s an entire team in the inside. They definitely need to better their handle time and runners if I only have 2 drinks it should’ve been out. This is the most unorganized unprofessional low productivity sonic I’ve ever been. Then get to the window wait another 5 mins for my change

Love Sonic just not this one because of their rude service but still helpful they got my order wrong and asked to switch and when they did they didn’t fill up my cup like how it’s supposed to be but thank you!

During a recent visit to Sonic, my boyfriend and I had a disappointing experience with Chris, the nighttime manager. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing, hoping to grab a watermelon slushy after work. Despite our timely arrival, Chris refused to take our order, citing that they were already closed, even though he served the customer in front of us who had arrived at the same time. (We know this because we let the car in front of us go first, as one side of the road is closed and they needed to merge over.)
When we inquired about the closing time, Chris was unhelpful and only answered after we asked multiple times, stating, “we are closed now.” As a bartender, I understand that false advertisement (which is illegal) and poor customer service can harm a business’s reputation. It felt particularly unfair that he took the other customer’s order but denied ours, which raised concerns about potential discrimination (which can also be taken to legal actions)
Chris mentioned that while they officially close at 12, they need to be out by that time, which seemed disingenuous given my background in the restaurant industry. Overall, the experience left me feeling unwelcome, and while I didn’t expect too much from Sonic, it was still disheartening to be treated that way.

Placed an order at 12:52 pm been there in the stall for 20 minutes and no one came out, I approached to the window by the drive through, and they didn’t know about my order , they all were talking and laughing inside the store the manager (Miguel) came to me and was very rude and told me that if I wanted the order I have to show him my receipt and go back to my stall to keep waiting, total of 35+ minutes and they said just cancel your order so you can get your money back. Just paid for nothing , I was mistreated and I took a brake of my work to go there and get something to cool off and I ended up upset with no order and no money back.
Less than 0 ⭐️ is what they deserve.

Just drove through and ordered 2 drinks. A coke zero and a sweet tea. The worker repeated it back twice to me. I picked up the drinks, got back, opened them.....they gave me unsweetened tea. And I was not at a place where sugar was available. So I was a bit ticked. If it had not been happy hour pricing I would have gone back.
Putting a mobile order pick up asap got there at 1:36pm didn’t get my food had to end up leaving at 1:56 to get back to work. Complete bs
