This is now my FAVORITE Sonic! The service I receive is nice and polite. The dining area is kept clean. I’ve been here a few times and my food is always fresh, order accurate, and properly prepared. I am an ice cream/shake fiend and I was particularly impressed with the Strawberry Cheesecake shake I got today. I felt like I got exactly what I asked for and will definitely be returning for more!

One of the horrible food chain around town! We ordered Chicken sandwiches! The bun was burned completely and the pop corn chicken is half fried and worst in taste! They took around 15 minutes to give us the order (just two sandwich and popcorn). Very worst in all perspective! BETTER SKIP THIS FRANCHISE! It’s not fast food it’s late food!

I went today at 9:22pm to buy an ice cream cone through the drive thru. The lady answered and when I said I wanted an ice cream con she acted like she could not hear me. So I came around and was able to see a girl already cleaning the ice cream machine. So I was not able to buy ice cream never will I come back to this sonic bad service.

I went to station #10 today 10/18/2023 at around 5:40pm…the lady said she couldn’t hear me and that someone was going to come out to help me…ok…waited 10 minutes before I pushed the button again…they said I can’t hear you still I’ll someone out to help you…again… so then I moved to the other station, lady took my order and said it’ll be right out….nope…maybe around 6-8 minutes and nothing. I’m disappointed and felt my time was wasted and I never ever complain about customer service but this time I feel like I had to.
Arrived, decided, pressed button, immediately greeted, and fast food came out neat and hot and asked if I wanted ketchup before they left. Perfect.
