I I have frequently ordered from Sonic, but they consistently make mistakes with my orders. For instance, if I request additional onions or cheese, the online menu indicates that they open at 6 AM. However, when I visited the restaurant at 6:20 AM, there were no employees present. It appears that they were not responding to my service request when I pressed the button.

This is the second time we've had a bad experience here. We ordered milkshakes on two different occasions, and both times they tasted spoiled, kind of sour. Yesterday was the worst, we even told the person who took our order about it, but they didn't say anything. We decided to give it another try and ordered milkshakes again, but they were still bad. They tasted sour and ended up making us sick to our stomachs. Really disappointing, especially since their milkshakes are usually so good

The woman who works the night shift gives the worst service. She kept me waiting at the window for 20 minutes and never came out to tell me whether or not she could serve me. She just walked away, and then a guy who was finishing cleaning told me they closed at 12 when the order was placed before 12, and she kept me at the window for 20 minutes. She wastes customers' time because she drove right in front of my car and didn't even mention that they were closing. She has a white car.

I had a wonderful experience with a lady named kacey. I don’t know if she was the manager or not but she should 100% get a raise or something. Absolutely amazing person fixed my issue real fast with no issue or signs on complaint. I tried tipping her but she couldn’t accept cashless tips, next time i go here i will for sure bring cash to tip her.

Ordered the blueberry lavender lemonade and received a product that only had blueberry in it and didn't look like the advertised picture. The manager told me that it was the correct product and she wouldn't give me a refund.
