Food here is always fresh. Seems to be understaffed. Only one person was running orders every visit I have made here. Poor lighting and feels unsafe if coming to late at night.

8/21 arrived at 7:50 PM . Saw some employees when I pulled up sat there for 10 minutes within those 10 minutes. I press the button twice never got a response.. there was only one other car waiting .So I left. Disappointing when you’re craving chili cheese tots.

This location has the worst gnat I’ve ever seen in a restaurant before in my life!! I wouldn’t advise NOBODY to go there the gnats was in my hotdog and drink Im not kidding be careful eating here

Ordered through the app and checked-in. We waited for about 30 minutes. After not receiving anything, we flagged down one of the employees named Maria who advised us that our order was already picked up. We were confused and stated it wasn't us who picked it up. I asked if they could remake it and they wouldn't do it, insisting that it was already picked up. Worst service we ever received. We don't plan on ever coming back and we advise others to do the same.

I bought taters from here and within several minutes of eating them, I became so ill that i felt disoriented on the way home. Next time, try serving people food that isn’t contaminated.

Food half cook, stilling waiting for the recook Burger. Ps they couldn't understand what I was ordering , first time happening. I always go to a sonic the other location everything perfect. Still waiting,
After all the hype regarding the smash burger at sonic, I couldn’t wait to try. What a let down! Had to wait about 15 minutes because the staff got the order wrong and when we got home and opened the bag….. nothing but a pile of overcooked thin Pattie’s and pickle slices all over the the box. There was an effort to toast the bun but only the butter got melted, no toasting. Sonic is a bust, poor service, got the order wrong and the celebrity item on the menu was crap. Won’t be back!

I work at a different location, asked them for specific instruction of blending my drink, I don't like the whole strawberries, it clogs the straw. Next time, I'll just wait until my drink is perfect, but this goes for any SONIC.

Sonics is great! I've loved it since I was a little kid. Mozzarella sticks and a Cherry Limeade are always fire (very good), definitely recommend those if you have to get anything. Other options like corn dogs are pretty good as well. 5 stars
