I stopped by around 9pm on my way home from work tonight to grab a quick bite and treat. I get home and start to drink my milkshake, I look down and see a roach in my drink. Picture attached, I pulled it up so you could see it. I am disgusted, I hear the horror stories but never had it happen. The only plus was the friendly staff. Disgusting

I came on 01/25 and the lady was rude AF when I had an issue with my order that THEY messed up. I am all for giving some type of slack for workers but this was extremely unwarranted. The staff is usually friendly but this lady obviously needs to find a new job if she is acting like this in this job.

Slushies are on point. Food, not so great. Lettuce and tomatoes seem old and fries and onion rings seem to be cooked in old oil. Hamburgers are very greasy as well. Friendly staff I have no issues with that. This location could use new tables and chairs for the upcoming spring and summer.

Too many times have I ordered from this location and the food has been inedible. This was the final straw for me. Tried to make a complaint with their customer service but since it was ordered thru Postmates, there’s nothing they can or will do about my complaint. We all know criticism that isn’t from corporate falls on deaf ears so I’ll just leave it here and hope somebody hires better staff or closes the location.Disappointed and astounded anyone in the service industry would give away food in this condition. It feels like they gave me the chicken sandwich from an order that was cancelled 4 hours ago that they've been holding in the warmer.I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt when I felt how hard the bread was but I should've known. The bread was tough as a brick like it'd been stale for a couple days and the chicken was burnt, dry, and ALMOST as tough to eat as the bun. I took one bite, which I had to really work to try to get a bite to come off, and saw the taste and texture was even worse than it looked. Every time I order Sonic these days I end up wanting a refund because I always end up throwing it away because it's inedible.Felt like I was eating the Christmas Turkey from National Lampoon Christmas because YES it was just that dry.

From the time the red button was answered, Rhoda gave white glove service. She took my order, has an amazing Harvard voice lol and even brought the food to me in a timely manner ♥️ I asked if she trains the other employees she greeted me so well! Keep up the amazing work!!!!
