It’s been a while since I’ve been to sonic due to past experiences at other locations. My food came out hot and fast! Also, Shaheeda (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly) was so kind and friendly.

Ordering kiosk hard to understand person working, credit card machine took several times to work. Mangonada was descent but not fantastic.

I come here often, it's always a 50/50 chance that they stack food on top of the foot long coney. The wrapper is smashed into the chilli, and when you go to take out the chilli cheese coney, all the toppings get scraped off because they're stuck to the wrapper. All you're left with is a plain hot dog. It's happened to me dozens of times. They get it right sometimes, but it isn't that hard to get a second bag

I don't believe they know what comes on their NEW Smashburger. Mine had 2 patties with cheese on a hamburger bun.
That is NOT how it's advertised. Where was the Smash sauce, pickles and onions and potato bun???? Would not recommend.

i made an online pickup order on my phone, i ordered some food (food itself was great, no problems there) and the “twisted flamingo” drink from the new(?) flavorista favorites menu. i instead received a mysterious green drink so i asked an employee and she didn’t know what i was talking about until i showed a photo. (she was very nice and was just doing her job so my review does not reflect on her at all, just this location & sonic in general.) she went inside and checked and came back a few minutes later saying they don’t have the flavors/ingredients to make it, but it seems to just be sprite, cherry & vanilla (which i am almost positive they have) and cream. frankly as a place that mostly serves drinks i would have expected more drink ingredients to be present ? she said maybe tomorrow they’ll have the ingredients but i wasn’t offered any compensation or replacement. the drink i did receive is (i believe) the twisted lime red bull drink. i have no problem with this (it doesn’t taste that good but i will deal) but if this is what i received, i am worried that others are possibly receiving wrong drinks which may have ingredients they are sensitive to (i.e. receiving dairy drinks when no dairy was ordered, receiving caffeine when no caffeinated drink was ordered, etc) which could be problematic for those with allergies or caffeine sensitive people (children, pregnant women, those with heart conditions etc.) this is the first time my order/experience at this sonic has been subpar and i’m honestly pretty disappointed but hoping it’s a one-off.

Waited 20 minutes for my food: one breakfast sandwich and a cup of water. I pushed the button on the drive in stall again only to find out they never put my order in. Even asked me “did you change stalls?” I hadn’t. Then they tell me “ It’s going to take a while”. I ended up leaving after waiting 20+ minutes. Kinda pissed not gonna lie.
