When you pay an extra $1 for chilli on your burger. Only to get a millaleter drop. Then you nicely ask for napkins for the manager to be rude and say, I thought I gave you enough. Sorry, unfortunately you didn't and I have 5 year olds. May I please have more. UPDATE Joell the 2nd shift manager, was so kind and professional when I called with a complaint about my order. He had just started his shift and he handled my concerns very courteously. Thank you Joell, I do appreciate you for your professionalism, and respecting the customers concerns.

Went during the coldest day of 2022 and there was only 1 person taking orders making food and walking orders out to vehicles he did a wonderful job and it was during lunch time

I been going in to that place cause it was the cleanest one to take my little one and I went today at 2pm and all the tables on the side of the play side of the kids and the floor was duty when I went to make my order I pay attention to the other tables on the entrance and they were duty too, I surprised to see that place like that and I told to the one who take my order if there was someone who can go and clean the tables and she did it but the girl who went "to clean it" it looks like she don't even know how to clean a table and the sit was with food and sparkles of soda and she didn't clean it. I was like WOW....

I tried to order ice tea on the app and it wouldn't let me. The app kept telling the drink size was unavailable, so I tried the drink size that was available and it still didn't work. Sonic do better with the app this was a waste of my time. I ended up just leaving, due to this. I like to order on the app for the half price drinks and couldn't at this location.
What's the point of ordering a large fry if you fill it less than a medium. Car hop was nice, but paying extra for a larger size and not getting any more is worthy of 1 star.

The service was horrible!!! Teenagers working there and very rude.took over 30 minutes to order then took 30 min to get food right! Served 3 little pieces when ordered chicken bites, forgot to put 4 corn dogs in bag… I could go on and on! Horrible service will not be going to this location again!

Food was ok but this place took way too long. They told us to pull up to take our order and they had this one girl running back and forth to give out the food. I waited 30 minutes for 3 things. The people way us got their food before us while we were just waiting at the window. Just an overall horrible experience.
