This sonic has either the most incompetent staff or manager. Might as well not order an hour before they close because they don't care what they give you at that point. My order is consistently incorrect every time I go to this location. I never get what I paid for. This most recent visit i ordered extra topping in my reese's blast and recieved vanilla ice cream with oreos sprinkled on top. Unfortunately, it's the only one in the area. I visited 4 times in the last 5 months and they messed up 4/4

I wish I'd have been calm enough to take a photo, but last night at 9 pm, I bought a meal for my kid on Uber. He didn't get his burger, and the oreo shake was half normal with the bottom half full of what looked like a yellowish clear sludge. Like from rotten old milk when it separates. I would love to hear how you cover half of a rotten shake with fresh ice cream by accident. They did this to a kid no less. This location is disgusting. I post good reviews. This is completely unacceptable.

I went to this location on Saturday, September 28, 2024. The hotdogs were fresh, but the service was HORRIBLE! The Manger was smoking a cigarette in the establishment and waited on customers with a lighted cigarette. He was rude and disciplined staff in front of customers. I was very disappointed.
