I had the worst experience with Sonic and I will NEVER order from them again . I placed an order through the DoorDash app, and when I arrived at the store to pick it up, they claimed the order “never showed up on their screen.” Instead of trying to help or figure it out, the woman working had a nasty attitude from the start. Completely rude and dismissive like it was my fault their system wasn’t working.

When I tried to call to get some answers or help, she just ignored the phone completely. It was like she decided, “Oh well, we’re closing soon so I can just do whatever I want.” Mind you—this was around 11:45 PM and they don’t close until 12:00 AM. She clearly thought she could just stop working early and leave customers hanging. Absolutely unprofessional.

The lack of customer service was shocking. No apology. No accountability. Just pure laziness and attitude. If this is how Sonic trains their employees to treat paying customers, then it’s no wonder their service is going downhill. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I have came to this location many times and had great service. But TODAY JUNE 13th, was just crazy. I ordered mozzarella cheese steaks (6) and a route 44 strawberry line slush. I got to my destination and opens my bag and cheese was all over the sticks. Only 2, actually had cheese inside the other 4 had nothing, I guess the cheese that was everywhere was suppose to be in the inside. Idk but they saw that when they packaged it up they could have just started a new batch. And my slush barely had a strawberry taste. If i was close I would have drove back cause that was just crazy

The girl that works the window is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend go to get us and the kids slushies. But this female leans over and whispers something to him literally as if I wasn't there and it was something about me. I was thinking like excuse me. I'm sorry but we went for drinks not so you can be over there whispering and being chatty with my boyfriend in my face. And it's not the first time she always is being like that with him. Smh. I'd give them a zero if I could. Terrible service. She's very unprofessional and not good for servicing people.

I went to this one couple weeks ago, that smash burger was so good..Veggies so fresh... They are a dollar right now to lol telling ya, I couldn't believe they beat on taste and how it was put together then other places I've tried...I had a shmunchies to so it tripled in goodness Js Nice guys!

On 4/22/25 we were sitting here at the stall, waiting to return a drink that taste like water. We sat here, 15 minutes and watched four cars go through on the drive-through before we were acknowledged . We were informed the Drive up stalls intercom does not work did not work. The doors were locked, so I think it is a terrible situation and that is terrible Customer Service

This location is GUETTO
Had to place my order more than once because employee kept coming in and out the restaurant handling personal business outside. They didn’t care to attend the customers. I simple just left. I didn’t trust the food was going to be properly prepared or if it’s even clean at this location.
This place is HORRIBLE

Went here for a meal and was ignored in the car hop other cars that pulled in got their order before me. Lowsy service the place looks so neglected and it's in shambles. This was not the sonic that it used to be. Sad to see this place go down the drain because of poor management.

Yeezus Hunt

The lady working drive through on March 8, 2025 around 1pm should not be working there. She will cost you all a lot of business. Very short, rude, bad attitude, sarcastic. Had to cancel my order due to her attitude. And she seemed okay with the cancelation. 0 stars for everything but food bc i didnt get to try it but im sure it would 0 stars with bad attitudes making the food.

To whom this may concern this evening, I went to the sonic and the car hopper was the name of Philip. He was very unprofessional. When he hand me my shake it the cut was greasy and just thrown together. I ordered the strawberry banana shake, and it taste like pineapples in it again he did not greet me nor said thank you and his dress attire was very poor. I will not be returning back to the sonic anytime soon
