We had a bad experience here a few years ago and I decided to give them another chance. I pre-ordered on the app, and the food was waiting for me when I got there. The car hop was fast in bringing it out, and very friendly. It's convenient for me, so I'll probably be stopping by again.

First the staff did not know how to correctly complete the order. They have not been trained on how to complete a tax exempt transaction. Which every employee making monetary order transaction should have known and been trained in. So it took over 30 minutes for the lady who did not give us her name to go and call someone to ask about this and find out how to complete this transaction. She took a long time on the phone with someone then came back and completed the tax exempt transaction that she told us "they did not do" at first. Our order is now cold at this point she did not offer to remake or do anything for the inconvenience that she caused for her inadequacy in being trained to complete these types of transactions then forcing us to wait while she conducts training over the phone. We also had a pre order that was ordered thru the app that was not ready at the stated time it should have been then we had to wait an additional amount of time for that. The initial order was wrong, the staff was not friendly at all did not have any customer service skills whatsoever and did not render quality service. This location failed miserably and we will not be visiting this location in the future. People please pad this page up if you are in the area unless you want to experience these same problems and issues.

They always take long. Always get the order wrong. I even told them I was missing fries with my kids meal and she took the bag took out the tater tots that came with another order and put the kids fries. It’s my fault for not checking again, didn’t realize how dumb they can be, because they charged me for it.

The service was great. I drop my drink after leaving went back to buy another one the cashier gave it to me no charge..
First they gave me the wrong burger. It looked like something you'd get in a kids meal. Second the burgers were disgusting. The only good thing was the fries and slush. I didn't even eat half of it and I'm pretty sure it gave me minor food

The 3 stars are for the nice lady taking my order and the food was hot and correct , however, my drink was a little watered down and I had to ask for more sauce on my boneless wings. They are much smaller than I remember and they don’t put enough sauce on the to even coat the meat. Won’t get those again.

I had come from the new sonic on w bellfort that had about 5 people in the back and waited about 30 min before I could get to the window to even pay. I had to just leave the line. But I have to commend these 2.
