The woman who took our order and gave us our food was very rude to us. She sounded miserable on the speaker and she never said a word to us when shoving the food at us, I nearly dropped my drink inside my car because of her. We were very surprised at her behavior because it’s never been quite this bad at this Sonic. I hope they do something soon to protect the brand image because wow! The pretzel was hard and cold and the Cherry Limeade tasted like all Sprite and no Cherry. Sad. Very sad.

Asked for ranch and ketchup and they only gave me a BBQ sauce and it was opened slightly. The drink and tater tots were pretty good though.

Crazy how at the end of the day the blast machine is always “broken”. I’ve worked at restaurants before and understand trying to get a head start on breaking down. But to constantly not serve one of Sonic’s flagship items after 10pm (2hours before closing) is crazy. I was told it was “broken” at 10:05. Waited til I was home to write the review. And this has happened many times but finally decided to write a review

I stopped by this Sonic after a long day at work, tired and hungry, and had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. My fries were cold, and when I told the staff, they didn’t seem to care or offer to replace them. I was also given the wrong burger, which I only realized once I got home. To make things worse, there was plastic in my strawberry shake.

This location clearly doesn’t value quality or customer service. I definitely do not recommend eating here.

I pulled up here and ask how long I have to wait for chicken tenders the black guy told me 20 min long as I’ve been eating at sonic I never waited for chicken tenders that long . I think the owner should come enforce for about two weeks and get rid of lazy employees

The worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. The cashier was cussing me out as well as the person over the intercom cause he didn’t want to work. I then got my food (chicken nuggets) and it had something sticky all over them. I did not get to eat them and wasted money here. I need management to contact me asap!!

I was picking up lunch for someone today and the staff was professional and friendly. But the food also was very hot and smelled so good. I came back to get my own lunch later!

I placed an order and waited for over 30 mins. When they brought the food out, the order was completely incorrect. The manager comes over passive aggressive like I made a mistake. Offers no apology at all and is almost belligerent. Absolutely rude and passive aggressive. Says she will have to charge me two more times and I will have to wait all over again. No sorry for us messing up, sorry for the wait, for the inconvenience, nothing but just flat out attitude for absolutely no reason at all. The manager of all people for their own mistake. Since I was already waiting and originally asked for ranch and marinara for my mozzarella sticks I mentioned they were missing and just asked if they could make sure to bring them out with my order. She flat out said no you can go inside to pick them up. Never again will I eat here and honestly at any sonic after this experience. I was a customer who came atleast once a week sometimes twice too. Choosing a manager like this one though I doubt they could care any less.

I was in line for the drive thru and asked for a second to review the menu. When I was ready I let them know I was ready to order. They proceeded to ignore me for several minutes. I went to the other drive thru line and they ignored me again. I know the machine wasn’t broken because immediately after I moved, they took the order of the next person in line. They were beyond rude and caused much delay for everyone behind me because of their pettiness.

Unbelievably bad service at night. Yikes! Fast food with no line took more than 15 minutes just to place my order thru the drive thru lane.

Got my orders wrong twice. They did replace some i had to give back wrong item, some not. I think they even got drinks wrong. Perhaps they didn't like our looks and did it on purpose.
