Sat at the stall for like 20 minutes before I hopped in the drive thru line. Be better.

I'm usually a pretty patient person, but this Sonic experience had me ready to lose my mind. The drive-thru lanes are a complete eyesore, with broken screens and barely audible audio. I've been here before and this level of neglect is unacceptable. Tonight, at 9:00pm on a Wednesday, I sat in the exterior drive-thru lane for a full TEN MINUTES with multiple cars behind me, while customers in the interior lane were being served promptly. I finally gave up on the drive-thru and tried to order at a kiosk, but that was even worse - I waited ANOTHER 15 MINUTES just to get a milkshake. The only "help" I received was a server who walked to my car, asked what I ordered, and then walked away to survey other vehicles. After a total of TWO HOURS of my time wasted, I finally gave up and decided to find dessert elsewhere. This Sonic location is a disgrace and needs to be shut down.

Can’t even comment on food because after sitting and waiting for 15 minutes was never acknowledged. I hit the red button multiple times. Went through drive through and nobody answered.

I used the app and checked in like you’re supposed to then sit for at least 20 minutes before finally someone acknowledge me then I finally get my drink/food and my drink is incorrect.I used the app to have quick in and out service but instead I’m left annoyed and wasted my time

Worse customer service EVER!! Waited 10 minutes at a stall when no one tried to take my order, I went through the drive thru. I ordered a biggie bag and asked for tater tots with my meal. The cashier really told me, this isn't jack in the box. Umm okay but, you have tater tots all over your menu and that was rude! I will not be going back. I can't believe the person thought that was okay to say to someone. Do not recommend!!!

Showed up at 10pm. Waited 5 minutes at the drive through, said hello, got no response, and waited 5 more minutes. I went to the service stall(?) on the side and pressed the button for service. As I’m waiting, a car pulls into the drive through and someone greets her immediately and she goes to order at the window. I wait 10 more minutes and drive around to leave. As I’m leaving, an old blonde employee is walking out WITH THE DRIVE THROUGH HEADSET ON and puts some package in her orange jeep, all while I was waiting for 20 minutes without even a hello.I read all the bad reviews as I was waiting, others have complained about not having their order taken and about the one “drug addict” looking employee that isn’t doing her job still.Why ask to reach out and contact the owner when nothing is done? Disappointing because Sonic is usually great, just not this one.

I would advise anyone not to go to this location. The young lady in drive through with the short hair didn't give me all my change. I was owed 79 cents on top of her being rude when I said thank you and she said nothing. She deliberately stole my money and due to me not wanting to make a scene, I left. I am DONE with Sonic. I have had too many shady encounters with this company at different locations. I will no longer give you my hard earned money!

Just spent 30 minutes here and not once asked what my order is. Even went thru drive thru and sat there also. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. I DROVE PAST WINDOW YO ASK ABOUT ASSISTANCE AND TWO TEENAGERS JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS INSANE.
