We pulled up to the drive thru, no one responded, so we went to a booth. Service was quick, and food was good, although felt like it was lacking sauce, no fault to the establishment though. Very nice workers.

Attempt to come here multiple times and am unable to order. No one answers drive thru or drive up . Apparently others have same issue because they have posted the mgr and district mgr's phone numbers on drive thru speaker. Do not come to this sonic, you will not get service.

I went buy a number 3 the cheeseburger bread was bitten I told the young lady she took it back and brought me the same one I realized when I got home ate it got diarrhea after eating all they did is turned the burger so I won’t see it I’m never coming back here!!!!

I like Sonics as a whole but tonight I received a cold bun, warm meat and a way too much mayo...I heated the pattie in the microwave. I always tip too. I also asked for ketchup and did not get any...they were not busy either... maybe 3 cars tops.

Terrible service and this location is always out of something. Anytime you ask them questions the get an attitude and I’ve had to go to the drive thru just to get a response.

Why not just have the employees trained to suggest something else or at least try an upsell at the very least?
