As shown in the receipt, I ordered a cheeseburger with no tomato, no mayo. What I received is pictured below the receipt. The tomatoes could be picked off but the amount of mayo was egregious. Once I scraped it as good as I could I took a bite & I will swear on my life that Sonic has switched to using frozen, precooked Ballpark style patties. It was truly one of the worst burgers I've ever gotten from a fast-food restaurant. I tried to call to see if I could get it replaced with something else, only for the phone number listed on the receipt to be disconnected. What even is this place?

Got two kids meals and two regular meals. The kids meals were tenders and both kid meals only had one chicken tender in the bag. And the girl taking my order sound like she was irritated Chen them kids meals next time 45 dollors almost for them to get on tender

Unprofessional and Rude Service at the Drive-Thru. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited over 15 minutes at the drive-thru without anyone acknowledging my presence. When I finally moved forward to get someone's attention, the staff claimed they didn’t come to assist me because they thought I had left — even though I only moved after waiting far too long with no response.To make matters worse, the employee argued that I should have waited even longer, which was both rude and condescending. There were only two other customers, and I had ordered just one slushie — something that should not take this long.The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. Train your staff better!

We pulled up to the drive thru, no one responded, so we went to a booth. Service was quick, and food was good, although felt like it was lacking sauce, no fault to the establishment though. Very nice workers.
