Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered two of the same drink. Three add ins, I know complex, and not only did I not get what I ordered they’re both wrong in different ways, both disgusting. And of course when you try to call and give them a heads up, you get nothing but a busy signal.

I ordered a medium sonic blast. It barely had any toppings on it, and they were only at the top. They did not even attempt to mix it. $5 for what is basically just soft serve. What a waste. They did not give me a receipt for my order either.

Been waiting for my order for over 20 minutes and didn’t get it. The black girl that was there working at 4:20pm on 2/23/2024. Had an attitude when taking my order just because she couldn’t hear me. And after I placed my order. They didn’t bring it out at all even after waiting for 20 minutes I tried calling them but she would not come to me. The girl just kept taking everyone else order and food to them but not mine. And after I left for the long wait she looked and me and laughed. Like what I do to her.

I went there to sonic on Almeda Genoa and they said their ice cream machine doesn’t work so they couldn’t make shakes. I went there specifically for the peanut butter bacon shake to share with my granddaughter whom is almost five years old. we drove from there all the way to Scarsdale location. As I’m getting home I realize the shake is only peanut butter shake. We ordered the peanut butter bacon shake. I was so disappointed!
Drove by at 7:30 and was told by the employee that they’re the only one there and that it’ll be another 15 minutes before the grill heats up.

As others have mentioned, the ice cream machine often doesn’t work. Out of about ten times the past two years I’ve came here it hasn’t worked at least 4-5 of those times. Never coming to this Sonic again, waste of time.

These are the rudest employees I've ever met. Worse then the clear lake location on hwy 3. I'm in the middle of an order and I'm looking for an item on the board and the employee cuts me off and says I'll have to wait all over again. No cars in line. Worst service

I just stopped by. Bought a BLT. When I got home to eat it. It had 2 sm pieces of Bacon & 1 Slice of Tomato & small piece lettuce. No mayonnaise!! Nothing but Bread! I live inLa. I eat @ Sonic a lot. & have never had this kind of food. I will NEVER STOP & EAT THERE AGAIN!! YOU NEED TO CLOSE DOWN ???
