Asked for a wrap and they here looking at us like we aliens like just let us know if you have any chicken wraps what are yalls called and we can choose but noooo in the speaker they were like what you want??? what than we came to the window and again someone else comes out like what that another one we don't have that here so I asked do yall have a chicken wrap than comes another kiddo a Baja wrap yes a whatever you call ot wrap help people out if yall want to sell so yall can get yall paycheck omg why di yall hire all this kiddos make sure they are smart ones so they can sell sell sell not laugh at people bad customer service we still ordered but don't think we're going back to this location can't even respect yall elderly

Went through drive thru for 2 slushes. The wait was longer than we expected. After several attempts, they finally got our order correct. The employees were very nice.

The food is okay but they have a hard time getting the order because there's a lot of traffic noise and I think they need to replace the speaker so you can hear better and they can hear better.
Sometimes they do goofy stuff like put ranch dressing in the bottom of your hot dog sack. Who eats ranch dressing on hot dogs!

I know it's a holiday but if they are closed they need to shut off online ordering. I ordered online, they charged my card but the order failed to process. Very upset.

We didn't get a hold of the key to the restroom so we walked to Kroger. I think a lot of the staff is new. Our drinks were great, but you could tell the service was slightly lacking. And by service I do not mean the carhop; she was friendly!

Used to love sonic. This one has too many immature employees. App doesn't fully work all the time. You may get left over food instead of fresh. If you order ahead they still won't make it until you get there so no point in ordering ahead with a specific pickup time.
