Did not put my food in a bag just handed my delivery driver my food on the wrapper. No straw and took forever to prepare food.

I have went recently and it's still better then any of the ones I been to. I can't wait to make ot back over to that side of town

Haven't been to this location since the remodeling. Its very nice lots of room to drive in and out. Service was fast and friendly considering the amount of cars in the drive thru, Foodwise the corndog was spot on, but I only received 1 packet of mustard. The drink was cold and refreshing. But the chili cheese tots were not hitting the mark. As my mom would say no love. Very little chili most tots were not touched with either cheese or chili. The onions were piled in one place. Good jalapeño spacing. The tots were at a good temperature, but the presentation made the whole experience disappointing. Prices are very good.

Couldn't even get a word in what I wanted at the drive thru speaker, she just wanted to follow routine and speak over me while I was trying to be specific about what i wanted!

Ordered a turtle Sonic blast. Asked for plenty of candy. Didn't wait long. Nice young female carhop brought my order. It had plenty of candy. I am very pleased with service and product. I would definitely return.

long wait. literally only 2 cars outside.

I placed an order and realized I didn’t have my wallet. So I drove back around to let the manager know. As I was driving off another young lady came out, and said hey so you don’t want the ocean water. I began to explain, and she folded her trout mouth lips while shooing me away

Asked for a wrap and they here looking at us like we aliens like just let us know if you have any chicken wraps what are yalls called and we can choose but noooo in the speaker they were like what you want??? what than we came to the window and again someone else comes out like what that another one we don't have that here so I asked do yall have a chicken wrap than comes another kiddo a Baja wrap yes a whatever you call ot wrap help people out if yall want to sell so yall can get yall paycheck omg why di yall hire all this kiddos make sure they are smart ones so they can sell sell sell not laugh at people bad customer service we still ordered but don't think we're going back to this location can't even respect yall elderly

Went through drive thru for 2 slushes. The wait was longer than we expected. After several attempts, they finally got our order correct. The employees were very nice.

The food is okay but they have a hard time getting the order because there's a lot of traffic noise and I think they need to replace the speaker so you can hear better and they can hear better.
Sometimes they do goofy stuff like put ranch dressing in the bottom of your hot dog sack. Who eats ranch dressing on hot dogs!

Refused to serve me on my motorcycle in the drive in, said I have to be in a car, walk up kiosk doesn't woek

I know it's a holiday but if they are closed they need to shut off online ordering. I ordered online, they charged my card but the order failed to process. Very upset.
