Went to drive thru & no one ever came to speaker, so went to booth thinking maybe drive thru order speaker was broke. At booth pushed red button waited abt 4 minutes no one ever responded. And there is only abt 3 booths there. I was the only car & no cars in drive thru line. This is second time to this Sonic & horrible experience both times

I ordered a chicken strip box. Guess what? There's no longer a box. Now, the strips come in a small bag with no onion ring, white gravy, or toast. Very disappointing. Will never get a chicken strip meal again. I rarely eat Sonic. Who knows the next time I'll return.

A 10-15 minute wait for 2 burgers. Not hot as expected after the long wait. Black hair in one of the burgers, maybe 5 pieces of ice in the drinks. I dont know how this location remains in business, they just lost mine.

So, we randomly, unexpectedly, got Sonic. He ordered, and my son had asked for Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Tater tots, and iced tea. Then it turns out he gets a burger with pickles, ketchup, and mayo. He hates condiments, so he is really upset. Plus, it wasn't even chicken. I do not recommend this terrible sonic!!!

I ordered a chili cheese coney for lunch and half way through eating it, I realize I’ve been served a bad wiener. After comparing it to my daughter’s wiener, I noticed my wiener was two different colors. I used to work at a Sonic so I know this is something that could have been caught ahead of time. My stomach took me through it for the next couple of days. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WEINERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE A HOT DOG. These fast food places are really becoming untrustworthy with what they’re serving.

One of the sonic members in particular makes sure he puts a smile on our face every time with his jokes and crazy antics. Worse place in the world to eat at cooperate needs to make immediate changes. Poor customer service cold food And I had to ask for someone who was able to speak English to take my order I mean are you freaking serious. This is PATHETIC. Go to any other location to eat. This one needs to close down and the employees there too need to be fired immediately. As an owner of a business I wouldn’t tolerate a single bit of this behavior Poor reflection on you sonic owner.

Honestly one of the weirdest interactions I’ve had while going to a fast food restaurant. The guy that took my order and served me kept playing all these games. At first he came off strong with his introduction and completely caught me off guard, after I told him my order he says “hmm let me think about it” I understand maybe he’s trying to funny but it was simply annoying. When he then was handing our blizzards he acts like he’s dropping it then handing it to me. Just playing silly games. Very annoying I will never be coming back here because of him. I tried being nice in the beginning but it just became too much. His name was Andrew.
