Use to love it but not as good, less quanity and low quality service. Waited 30 minutes for a small strawberry shake. And they always forget to add cherry in the cherry coke. My whole purpose of ordering is for the cherry.

The service here is atrocious, it is way below bad! The employees are constantly trying to shortchange you, if you don't count your change at the window you'll end up a few dollars short! The employees could care less about Sonic's image or reputation and are running this place into the ground!Highly don't recommend this location unless you want to be shortchanged and harassed!!!

If I could give it a zero I would I ordered food for three people and they charge my credit card three different times instead of putting it on one ticket and it locked my car to where it would not work and pay for the last meal and the lady started yelling at me telling me it's my fault that they did the transaction role and proceeds to tell me that I need to leave the store I'm outraged that I cannot provide food for the people that are with me and it really upset me when I seen the district manager wearing sandals in a food business during working hours feet were unmanicured and really kind of did not want to see that before I was supposed to eat

this place has really gone downhill since it opened. they need to fire their entire night shift staff. they never bring you the correct food. the burger pattie's are always burnt and they are rude every time. if you don't like working at sonic, find another job. it's not my fault your life sucks.tonight i ordered a large dr pepper. the kid brings me a medium. i tell him it's supposed to be a large. instead of fixing the issue he threw his head back, sighed really loudly and walked away. AND HE NEVER CAME BACK! RUDE AF.
