Please make sure we are putting tape covers over drinks when it’s delivered with DoorDash and Uber for safety reasons to avoid anything happening and drinks being tampered with

Horrible customer service. The young woman, not the manager, was extremely rude when I tried to use a coupon that was given out at the Kroger near this location. The manager did answer the phone promptly and apologized.
There was a mistake with my order (in sweet tea instead of sweet) and they quickly and happily brought me a new drink. Great service, very happy

Stick with the corn dogs and Ice tea. Shakes are sour !!! DO NOT ORDER SHAKES BTW they sell ice bags which I find cool.

I order chili cheese fries with my burger and when they brought my food I had regular fries. The lady who took my order told me she heard me wrong and only charged me for regular fries and she could fix it but I would have to pay 75 cent and it had to be cash. I asked why I had to pay for her mistake and told her we didn't have any cash. She told me sorry there was nothing she could do. I ask here for the manager and she said he was out and she was in charge which blew my mind. My wife had to dig through the bottom of her purse to find 75 cents. They just lost a customer over 75 cents. Do better Sonic!
