I highly recommend this Sonic! The manager Casey is very friendly and extremely efficient. When I had an issue with not receiving an item (it was Halloween and very busy), Casey handled my issue very quickly with a satisfying resolution. When I came back over two weeks later to pick up my item, Casey not only remembered me and my item, she had my item ready in almost no time, I highly recommend this Sonic over any others!

Slushy was fine, the strawberry bits are good. But I tried those new salted caramel toffee bites, thinking they SOUNDED great! They were really NOT very good! I won't call them awful, but really not very good! Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews, but they need to improve that. On the other hand, a couple of days ago I had a couple of chili cheese dogs, and they were good!

I drive past the Sonic on Jones Rd to go to the one at 249 and Cyoresswood. The food is always better. It’s worth the extra 5 minute drive. However, today the service was so exceptional that I decided to write a review. Andie is the girl who helped me today. She had such a great personality. Friendly, thorough, and even possesses a little enthusiasm. She provided the kind of service I haven’t seen in 20 years. Way to go, young lady. You made my day.

My mom drove us to sonic, 3 different drinks . trying to decide which drink is which I asked her which drink is this she had no idea and decided to open the drink in front of me you guys should start labeling your items to avoid further issues like this

Who knew ordering drinks and snacks from a food establishment would irritate a carhop? We had the guy with long dreads and arm tats (Cameron???) come to our car shake his head in frustration, roll his eyes, grunt, and walk away with a terrible attitude because we ordered 4 drinks and 4 snacks for the 4 people in our vehicle. Whether or not he had a bad day, he is in the wrong industry for customer service. Too bad he walked away without the cash tip we had ready for him. Maybe find people who will make this store better.

Had a craving for a Chile dog And I knew that sonic has a pretty good dog. They didn't disappoint Plenty of fixings nice soft bun If you don't want the drive through you can park your car in the designated spots and a car hop will come take your order. When ready they'll bring it out to you. I had an easy in and out. Check out the menu. Not bad
