The day manager is a real sweetie. He’s always so friendly and so nice and comes out to greet you and it’s just an overall cool person. However his staff always seems to be in a hurry and irritated even though they have a smile on their face it looks like you’re forcing them at gunpoint to do so. It’s impossible here to ever get condiments and when you ask for them the staff always seems really put out by it. That bothers me because at every other sonic in the United States...

Not sure who made my Junior burritos but thank you They were made to perfection also to mention the customer service was great but you can tell that they have a great management team because I watched as the manager on duty was communicating thoroughly to the drive to attend it great job

This Sonic is a true hit or miss. You either get your order perfect or the complete opposite. However, thank you Mr. Harold for fixing my reese’s blast. Hire more Mr. Harold’s because he is great .Excellent service and was nice about the situation because I definitely wanted a refund.
