I pulled up to this location at exactly 12am. All lights were on and I seen the guy moving around. I sat at the speaker for 5mins. No one greeted me, so I pulled around hit the red button, not even a minute later all lights are turned off. I pull around again this time I stop at the window. The guy working tells me they are closed. I said well google says you all close at 1 am. He says no we close at midnight. I said, well it’s funny that when I pulled up all lights were on and as soon as I hit the red button you turned all lights off. Of course this a back and forth thing. Long story short, I’ll be calling to speak with the corporate office on Monday morning.

I'm here right now, according to the maps they close at 1 aM, the guy told me over the intercom that it's closed and then just left me hanging, he didn't even answer my question. Terrible customer service.

Why is every single Sonic wait times so long?!!?!? Waited 25 minutes just for a drink, fries, and cheddar peppers. Didn’t even get a chance to make it to the paying window before I left. I couldn’t stand in one spot a minute longer. My last straw was when the door was WIDE OPENED. And for what? Why is the door wide open? Flies, mosquitoes, all outsides bugs can get inside and Into my food? No thanks. Even when I left the line the door was still open….

I’m starting to think that these people are still in my card information every time I come to the drive-through they always have to go and walk off with my car go to the front then come back use the other register and it takes them forever just to give me my car back This location is very sketchy.

It'd be nice if the workers gave me the correct change instead of trying to pocket it. Not sure if they dont know how to count change or what but its happened multiple times at this location specifically.

That was the worst experience I've had over there. I ordered a chili dog. They give me a hot dog with mustard and onions. I will never go back to that location

Took me over an hour to get the food I ordered online. It was cold and hard. Talked to the manager and he said they couldn't find my order. Tried giving me some more food that was worse than the food I received first. I would never go back here.

I placed an order through the app for this location, I checked in like normal when I arrived. After waiting for 30 minutes I tried to call the location to see what was going on with the long wait time but no one answered. After that I used the outside screen and was put on “hold” after someone finally answered. After 10 minutes I pressed the red button again and was told “our system is down so we cannot accept any orders” so I asked if my online order could be cancelled. They told me my order would be out in a few minutes. I finally received my order and the food was not hot and my drink was not cold. Along with that the pizza bites I ordered had an unwrapped peppermint stuck to one of them. I understand the system being down not being the employees fault but after seeing a few employees walking out to other customers it would have been nice if they notified me what was going on.
I emailed Sonic customer support to see about getting a refund for the poor service and lack of quality in what I received. Every time I ask them the status of my refund/complaint I am told it has been escalated to the correct department. This has been going on for over a month. Their customer service is a joke and I honestly expected better because while $11 dollars isn’t much in the grand scheme of things it was $11 wasted.

This sonic needs some clean up and repaired order boards, very run down. We went to try the pickle flavors. Pickle flavored tots, 5 people voted 👎 they had little to no pickle flavor. Then we tried the strawberry lemonade with pickle balls. 👎 The had a very artificial very light sweet pickle flavor. I'm going back to the original flavors.
