My first visit here was one day last week and a particular drink I order had to be remade because the little girl or teen that was working made it incorrectly.. I let that slide.. took my youngest daughter to get some food and unicorn dream slush.. slush wasn’t made correctly, cheese sticks were borderline cold and we waited almost 20 minutes due to this same location being short staffed.. 9931 Almeda Genoa Rd. Houston TX 77075 This location also only has one row of stalls working all the rest taken down apparently. This location needs help OR to be shut down completely. I’m new to Houston.. Bad look and unimpressed Sonic I also forgot to add that the young lady on THIS visit today took my bank card inside and almost forgot where she put it.

This place is top contender for WORST Sonic in the country. How this place is still open is beyond me. First off, this place looks horrible, drive-in stands unkept, and the whole building is run down. The drivethru menu is falling apart and hard to see, not to mention they'll tell you some of the items on it aren't even sold anymore, huh?! I swear not even management wants to touch this place again. Food is horrible! Expect to wait more than 45 mins for your food only for it to taste like horrible! the only people working here are foolish teens, and I don't trust them touching my food. DO NOT COME HERE!

Food is ok. You're not looking for or going to find super high quality food at a fast food establishment, but the food is good, hot and fresh, and the drink menu is diverse. The food has gotten a bit more expensive over the years, but that's kinda everywhere, due to inflation and rising food costs, across the board, so it's not really their fault, but it leaves you wishing it was 10 years ago. I'll definitely eat here again.

I’ve ordered multiple strawberry sundaes from Sonic in the past, but here lately they haven’t been making them correctly. This is what I received even after emphasizing I wanted EXTRA strawberries.

I don’t get sonic often but I was craving some tonight. I order #2, with large chili cheese tator tots, 1 banana shake with cookie dough, and 1 vanilla shake with brownie. I pull up to order and they tell me they have no smalls. That’s fine I’ll get mediums. I order my food and the employees gets my card and I pay. I then wait 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. I see the employee making my food with a full beard, touching his face, with no gloves on. I get my food and everything is wrong. The banana shake is vanilla, is a small, and has resse cups, the vanilla shake has chocolate flakes not brownies, the tator tots were regular and a medium, and my burger smelt horrible. I never make reviews or complain but god damn it was bad today.
Don't know what happened waited almost 30 minutes for breakfast sandwiches for bacon one sausage toaster and a Route 44 limeade

I'm concerned that I might experience food poisoning after eating here. I wouldn't recommend this establishment; My hot dog had a strong smell. 🌭🤢🤮 Trust me, I have eaten at many Sonics, but this one was really bad. For public safety, I believe a report should be filed. An audit is strongly recommended. I've seen similar posts, suggesting this is a recurring issue.
