HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Ordered on the app and when they brought out the items I ordered a slushy with extra nerds and cherries and it was completely not what i ordered, wrong flavor and when I tried to fix it the guy on the order box was EXTREMELY RUDE and acted like i didn’t know what i was talking about and i waited a total of 30 mins and i would ask again and the guy acted dumb like he didnt know. Wish i gotten his name but he shouldn’t work there if he isn’t gonna do his job right. WORST SONIC IVE EVER BEEN TO.

No walk-up ordering (may just be me because I'm not really used to Sonic). Service was a little disorganized (not the server, just the process and communication through the speaker wasn't the best). Food was decent but nothing amazing. Waitress that brought the food was friendly.

Went here to get my boys their favorite treat after school and I'm so glad I check their food before giving it to them. This was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I went back to the drive through window to show them and the most likely culprit went to the window and said "what do you want?" Ummm excuse me? The food is SURPRISINGLY more disgusting then their attitudes. Thank you the the young guy that offered to remake it without hesitation.

We said at both the drive-thru speaker and at the window that we were ordering a strawberry shake with extra strawberries. It was then confirmed to us that we were ordering a strawberry shake. I'm not sure what could've caused the confusion, but we waited almost 30 minutes to receive a shake that had zero strawberries in it. My expectations when going to a Sonic are already REALLY low, and this location still managed to disappoint us. Needless to say, it's worth the drive to get your shake at a different location.

nobody answers the intercom, this is not the first time this happened and then u have to drive up to the window just to order then they stare at you like its your fault theyre having a bad day. I keep coming back like on a yearly basis only for the hope of change and ...nothing. I know not why it still stands.

They charged me for a large meal when I didn't ask for it and the shake is spoiled. I took one sip and it's sour. It's supposed to be vanilla and tastes awful. I don't have time to go back because I'm already out of Houston.
They rang up my order wrong and overcharged me. When I said something they told me it was only a few cents more. Then my burger was made wrong. It had toppings on it that don't even come on it and that I didn't ask for.
