Came in at 1015 pm at this location for a sonic blast the staff mentioned to us that the kitchen was closed and can only make slushy. Upon google it's say it's open until 1am, it's a lie please stop lying to the public.

I was looking forward to trying the new Smasher burger but the service and food at this location is terrible. Drive thru ordering monitor was broken. Credit card machine not working so I paid with cash. Did not get correct change back. Ordered a triple burger but got a double. They didn't even give me a bag for my food and just handed me a greasy box. As for the burger, it was not fresh, very dry, and not even smashed. Also, I smelled someone smoking weed by the drive thru window. Stay away from this location.

I get it, the workers want to go home, but that doesnt mean close the kitchen at 10:30 when closing time is 11pm, on top of that, they hide and dont answer the earpiece, this isnt the first second, not even the third time this has happened.

I came to buy a sonic Ice Tea. The tea was expired. I nicely came back and told them about there tea issue. At first the lady was nice. However, the manager didn’t do nothing about it and just had me wait there for at least 30-45 mins. Eventually I had to tell the manager about it again and finally gave me a refund back. The customer service was terrible. This store needs and inspection. They new exactly what I was talking about when I mention about their sweet tea. The lady said “oh yea our lemonade be expired sometimes and we still give it away”

Sometimes the ice cream machine works and sometimes it doesn't. Been a few times and was disappointed when they said "we ran out of ice cream".

Arrived at 10:20 and waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the button press for our online order. No answer yet multiple employees taking out trash and inside the store. They just wanted to go home early clearly. Will not be coming back and lost $10 in this. Will be escalating

It’s the management that makes this particular location horrible. You want the reviews to go up, satisfied customers, and employees, get rid of that manager Alexandria because she is undeserving of that title to this company. Maybe if she treat her employees with some respect, everyone can be a team player and get the job done right. When the job is done right, the outcome is happy customers ??‍♀️

Worst location! Avoid this one specifically! My husband got his order in by 10:25pm in the drive thru and they made a face when he wanted to add one more corn dog to his order, pulling up at the window. So we missed out on his food. we ordered a sonic blast with brownie pieces and caramel. It was all soft serve with no brownie pieces, at all! It was very few chocolate shavings on top of the cup of soft serve and no caramel either! They turned the lights out completely at 10:25. They couldn’t wait for 10:30 to do it! I understand a food place trying to close a little bit earlier (at least 15-25 min before closing) but dang! They might as well change the closing hours to 10-10:30pm for the sake of customers not having proper service and wasting money on a large cup of soft serve. Whoever closed last night 3/28/24 did horrific. Do yourself a favor and go to the Pearland location. This owner just doesn’t seem to care so why should the staff.
