Went through the drive thru order a number 4 and a jr burger for my kids I paid and waited for 5 minutes for my change and they handed my drinyi then purchased a cup of ice paid the giysaid thanks then 20 minutes later opened the door asking me what I was waiting on I told her my foot then another 15 minutes later I finally got it but 4 card behind me already got there orders which was larger than mine but some how 2 burgers was complicated I was sitting there while they was eating ice cream I will never go back there again it was my second time both times horrible experience

The service at this Sonic was unacceptable. From the moment I pulled up, the person on the intercom was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than providing basic courtesy, their tone made me feel like I was bothering them just by placing an order.
The interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up leaving without even getting my food. No customer should ever feel so disrespected that they’d rather walk away than complete their order.
Customer service is the foundation of any restaurant experience, and this location completely failed in that regard. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and at least a minimum level of friendliness. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how their staff communicates with customers, because no one should be spoken to in such a rude manner.

Received our drinks a minute or two after ordering and they were the usual good.
Horrible. I tried to order will someone was pulling up from the back of the trash can as if you were smoking back there. Can I pull up to order on the girl rushes me to place the order when I was still trying to order a burger in which she ignored. I kept trying to order through the intercom and she ignored me then I pulled up to the window and tried to get her attention and she ignored me again. I then honked but she also ignored then I knocked on the window to get her attention, which she still ignored when she finally opened the window was to give me or milkshakes when I told her I was trying to order a burger. She then said that that there were no burgers okay then a hot dog. Then she said the kitchen is closed. They are supposed to close at midnight it was only 11:09 p.m. Wth! I'll stick to the scars del Sonic it's so much better

Love the mozzarella sticks but they got alot smaller recently lol. They are so good!! This place is always fast with nice workers. I go here alot.

Came in at 1015 pm at this location for a sonic blast the staff mentioned to us that the kitchen was closed and can only make slushy. Upon google it's say it's open until 1am, it's a lie please stop lying to the public.
