The that you guys have working here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to this location around 1:30am and was basically yelled at in both the drive thru and the drive up area that you guys were only taking doordash which I do not understand because you guys close at 2. I would not have had a problem with if it the worker was not as rude as they were.

We went for a chocolate shake and ice cream. They were overwhelmed with the volume. For me, it's not a issue waiting for what I would like. What really makes a difference is service.The lady at the drive up window was extremely polite and kind. Whoever she is needs to be recognized for that. We went Wednesday March 13 around 11 or 12 at night.

Customer service very important when your serving the community. I would love to teach lessons on a good server. Came through drive-thru this morning I was greeted at the speaker, was told to pull to the window, after sitting for 10 minutes of waiting someone to come to the window I decided to knock on the window Just to make sure that they didn't forget me outside. When the lady came to the window, she started yelling at me. Saying I told you to pull to the window..I asked her to calm down, please. I was just checking to to make sure that they didn't forget me outside after sitting out there a long time. And no one never came to the window. After I pull to the drive through window. Acknowledge your customer upon pulling to the window ma'am.
