How are you supposed to close at 11 but closed 1030 placed a pickup took my money I pull up and was already closed 1030. Called twice because I saw the lady in the building still was ignored and proceeded to leave. Place needs to look into people can actually stay for closing or you need to update your hours

I don't know what's going on at this Sonic whenever I come they're never open I just came today December 19th they don't have a cook they may as well close down they never open for the early morning I don't know when they open but they never opened when I get off work from working overnight

My low rating is mostly due to the time of service. Any time of day this place is slow and 90% of the time the speaker can't hear you. The people aren't really bad. It's just the quickness and the quality of food.

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Employees are unprofessional. So is the supervisor Jose A. I placed and order online and got handed something completely different when I asked for help they came out and said they didn’t have what I ordered available. So I asked if that’s what they did just hand the customer different items and not say anything? Then I asked for a refund and said they couldn’t because it was an online order, then they tried to make me choose between something else but wouldnt let me get something that was a 10cent difference!!! When I asked for the manager the employee laughed and said “okay but he doesn’t know what his doing either” he came out and said i was gonna have to search up myself on google and figure out how to do my refund!!? and I had a Bogo FREE ENTRY they kept making me try to choose between something worth the corn dog which I WAS ALREADY GETTING FREE because I paid more for the breakfast item that was $3.19 and I wanted to choose the chilli dog since they didn’t have the corn dog which WAS going to be $3.29 ANYWAYS ITS BUY ONE GET ONE FREEEE YOU MORONS . I DID NOT PAY THE VALUE OF THE CORN DOG I PAID THE VALUE OF THE BREAKFAST STICKS. When I called the supervisor he said they didn’t want to give me the chilli dog because they had to be reasonable with the price matching???? Politely stick the 10cents where you know.

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero I came at 10:40 and they lied and said they were closed when they don’t close until 11 but staff is outside hanging out laughing and smoking weed
