I oreder on Mobil about 4:45pm I get there at 4:55pm sign in and it said bring prepared waited almost 30 min for car hop to say their burner broke down and wanted to hand me half my order and the cup holder I requested in the app. Sorry I want everything remade and handed at the same time like I order. Waited another 20 minutes she comes back hands me the drinks and the burger fell on the ground and she try to give it me sorry I'm not taking it once on the ground I needed it remade. I checked my bag to find my 4 pretzel was burnt she came back in 2 minutes to give me the burger and I handed her the bag told these pretzels were burnt that they are supposed to be light golden so she goes back and comes back again I told I want my money back for the 4 pretzels because those are still burnt then she says they told her it was the grease. Ok I'm not mad or disappointed with car hop but how you gonna give burned pretzels to customers with bad grease? The manger came out said her supervisor said to give it me and that nothing is wrong. I'm not accepting anything burnt. Fix the burner change the grease. Manger was not wanting to give ne my refund nor did they give me my receipt or straws. This should get zero stars. This location needs to be shut down. I will never come to this location ever again. Will go to veterans memorial to that remodel location.

Fix your damn screens!!! This is a problem. I don't want your employees walking off with my debit card and taking their time to bring it back. I should be able to pay in my car. That's why Sonic has that option! Fix your screens!

The only reason I am giving this location three stars is. I was on my work lunch break and there card system was not working to charge me for my meal. It almost took half of my meal break to get charged for my meal. So I had to eat my meal fast.

they’re always extremely slow …. placed an order about an hour ago (6:40am) for THREE items, (two of which are the same item) and it says it’s still being prepared. everything I ordered better be in the bag AND done correctly for them to be taking that long…UPDATE: 8AM. Received my order about 10 minutes ago. My food is cold. Hardly any eggs in the burritos and one of my bacon burritos didn’t have any bacon. Uber eats says they can’t refund me. What a huge inconvenience. Don’t waste your time like I did…

super slow. had to hit the button 3 times. once to order and wait. another to correct them that I wasn't in the line I was at a stall. another to check on my order after the screen said someone was out to deliver it.... 8 minutes after. total of 28 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich and coke.
