How is this a route 44 sprite without ice? Where is the rest of the drink? This is unacceptable. There’s always an issue with our food from this store.

I got 2 soft pretzels and a xl lemon slushy. Pretzels were good but they didn't put lemon fruit in it like they were supposed to but other than that the drink seemed ok.

At the drive through the server was tipped and I requested napkins and a straw and the server came back with a straw and no napkins and I think that is flaky.

Every time I come here and ask for a bag of ice they tell me they can’t do a bag of ice, but they can give me 5 cups of ice in the route 44 cups. The big difference there is the cost of 5 cups of Route 44 ice versus the cost of one bag of ice. I never get to order anything else because they never have the one thing that I asked for anymore. I guess I will be taking a trip to Stafford every day.

Food is always fresh and hot. Sonic has the best burgers in my opinion. But this Sonic always has fresh hot food and good customer service.
